What a magnificent spectacle Marvel is giving us with the new TV Show The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. Now the characters of Bucky Barnes and Sam Wilson are much more complete! This video pays homage to Bucky Barnes (The Winter Soldier) and his psychologic evolution over the course of the TV series and the rest of the MCU. I hope you like it!:)

It's really hard to see that when you woke after 70 years u realize that you were used nothing but as a killing machine and later on u have nothing in your life. No friends, family, acquaintances and no aim in life, just completely alone and it becomes worse when you have nightmares day and night of those people who u have assassinated, trying to get hell out of all this and searching for little peace but it can't. Trust me it's really God damn hard to live like that. Maybe this is what karma known as

Bucky is one of my favorite marvel characters. You guys did a great job showing his journey in the video. Loved it! He's really underappreciated. I would love to get a second season before Captain America 4 where now that Sam has turned into Captain America, Bucky gets to be more in the spotlight and they focus on him finding his new identity now that he's completely free of the Winter Soldier. Cause as much as I enjoyed Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Bucky was underused and sidelined most of the show. I know the main point was too introduce Sam in his new role, but still. Bucky's role could have been better with a couple more episodes.

Somewhere, deep inside all of us, we have a monster. For Bucky, it's the Winter Soldier. For John Walker, it's the US Agent. For Sharon Carter, it's the Power Broker.
John Walker fell into darkness after losing his best friend, his rank, his livelihood, and the title of Captain America. He allowed vengeance to consume him.
Sharon Carter has been on the run from the United States government for 7 years, unable to contact anyone she knows. She's become cruel to survive a cruel world. She's become a pessimist and a criminal. Who she is now is a far cry from the woman she was in Civil War and The Winter Soldier.
But Bucky has lost Steve Rogers, the one person in the world who knows what it's like to wake up 70 years after your time has passed. Bucky has no family, no home. Everyone he's ever known is dead. The world he knew is a relic of a bygone era. He was forced to be an assassin for HYDRA. He was framed for a crime he didn't commit. He's been used for the better part of the past century to enable evil.
Yet despite all that, Bucky keeps resisting his darkness. He attempts to make amends with the people he's hurt. He now fights what he once enabled. It makes him a better person and shows that, deep down like Steve, he is a good person.
I would argue that while Zemo, Walker, and Sharon have some redeeming qualities, none of them are good people. Even Lamar Hoskins wasn't a good person in my opinion. He enabled John Walker and was instrumental in turning him into the man he became.
It's easy to fall into our darkness, but fighting it? That's the most courageous thing we can do.

Natasha says he was credited with 24 assinations in the past 50 years...so where was he before that? Bucky says he was controlled by Hydra for 90 years. Is he exaggerating? Was he in training? Being experimented on? Where was he? In ww2 he was a commando and sniper. Before he was a boxer. Nothing specific that would make him the WS. Freezing you doesn't give you martial Arts skills.

I'm curious, what techniques did you use to isolate the vocals? I've been using Adobe Audition and Audacity, trying to invert the original soundtrack to cancel out the music but this doesn't have any effect.

Thank you! You need to be using a version of the movie where the audio is in 5.1 (all the bluray verison are like that) it means that the audio is separate in 6 channels. In the center channel (the third one) there is the voice and some sfx. You need to only keep this one. You will still hear some music but it will be much quieter!

Hey, I tried what you suggested and separated the audio channels, then used noise reduction in Audition and the results were really good.

Most likely Adobe Premiere.
Thank you so much! I personally use Davinci Resolve, but yes Premiere is great too! For the audio you need to use blu ray version of the movie to isolate the dialogue from the music by only keeping the third audio channel
