Just started playing him and he’s honestly my favorite so far to play. Play him mostly in the jungle but had a solo game with him and went 16-5 and did pretty well. No need to build speed on him just full dmg and some life steal
I feel like ao kuang is in a pretty weird spot rn, he does good damage but his late game isn't even as strong as other hyper carry jungles like kali or Mercury. In my opinion his main ability that needs either buffed or reworked is his 3. It does pretty poor damage for all of its flaws ie its terrible range. It's a shame because I have dragon Knight skin from season 2 and he's my jungle main when I can play him but atm he's so situational
He's def in a weird spot but imo he's not even situational, as Achilles and Thanatos are much better junglers with executes. And, as you mentioned, other hyper carries, especially Mercury, offer a lot more than Ao. To me Ao is more someone you pick when you wanna have fun, not a bad god but if you're coming in with a 100% competitive mindset there's no reason you'd pick him really. I think it's fine though, i think he's in a good sweet spot.
@@Shenmoki I think he's in a spot where its hard to balance, he's built around a play style that is hard to balance. If he's too strong he's unfun to play against but if he's too weak like he is now there's no real point in playing him.

There was a time his 3 did so much damage when it counted as a basic but atm it's very weak imo
