Before anyone says it 9:19-9:31 is an editing mistake, i had to remove 2 clips because the video WOULD NOT render with them in there, i cut them short, slow mo'd them, nothing. A few other clips didn't work in its place either. Super weird. Sorry about that hope it wasn't distracting! Sooo naturally like 4 days after i posted this a patch dropped which removed the Naras i mentioned at 5:20 -_- so you can just ignore that part lmao. But hey, if they ever put something on the sides of the lanes like that again im assuming it'll have the same effect.
Last played in S4, your guides are helping me get a grip on a game I played damn near daily. Thanks for the helpful content, and keep up the good work!
I know this is an older vid, but currently..my favorite build with her... Pendulum of Ages, thoth, magnus, poly, soul reaver, staff of myrddin. Poly right now imo outshines soul gem. And with the items.. you're getting 500-700 poly procs every 2 secs.
sure, something like Sands of time > Book of Thoth > Divine Ruin > Soul Gem > Soul Reaver > Obsidian Shard is good on her. Keep in mind since she has a million billion abilities she gains a lot more value out of Reaver than other characters, so you need to keep that in there. But you can go Charon's Coin over Divine Ruin for a cheaper build, but i think that new Divine Ruin passive is CRAZY.
@@DeadPro98 unfortunately you need Book of Thoth for that item to be worth it, since it's damage is based on your maximum mana. But even so, it only does a LITTLE more damage than Soul Reaver when it's at MAX stacks which takes forever to get, and since it's a terrible second item compared to divine/charon's you either get it later and don't get maximum effectiveness from it (as in, not max stacks) or buy it early and significantly weaken your midgame in the hopes that you can make it worth it late game. It's definitely better on the stance switchers like Tiamat and Merlin but I really don't see a reason to go it over Reaver, but definitely not over Thoth
As a scrublord item buy order would have been nice and was arguably the most important part as I'm exceedingly new to the game. Used to play league and one of the big things that held me back from picking it up again besides all my friends quitting was relearning what items were meta choices.
The Item buy order is in the exact order that the items appear in the build from left to right. in SMITE, you 99% of the time start with a starter item and tier 1 of your first item, then use the rest of your gold on health and mana potions. So in the example of the first build shown, you would buy conduit gem > tier 1 doom orb > 3 health 2 mana potions. In the completed builds i almost always have the starter item upgrades (which are only purchasable at level 20) instead of just the regular starter item, which is something i could change if you think it would've helped you with the issue you were having. As a sort of side tangent, this is one issue that including builds brings, as the build i have in the video is already outdated (but not bad). A current build would be starting Conduit Gem > Tier 1 Chronos pendant > 3 health pots 2 mana pots, then from there Chronos Pendant > Spear of Desolation > Soul Gem > Soul Reaver > Obsidian Shard, then at level 20 upgrade Conduit Gem to Gem of Focus.
@@Shenmoki Awesome man, ty for the info/updated list, haven't quite got the names to icons down but this helps. Also explains why I couldn't find the gem of focus in the builder.
It's an upgrade for the starter item Conduit Gem, you have to be level 20 to purchase it. However, jt isn't seen as often right now. At the moment, Sands of Time is the superior starter item, and you upgrade that at level 20 to Pendulum of Ages
Wow, a straightforward Smite character guide. Didn't know they still made these!
Love Tiamat, btw. So many options, very versatile. Great job :: )

Finally someone that makes guides. Man I love you trying to find a guide for tiamat was difficult
lol no problem
I love your guides. They're very informational and makes me feel prepared for the fight.
This channel is grossly underrated

Thanks for the support!
PS: Your name is perfect given that this video is about Tiamat 😂
@@Shenmoki i know what I like ;P
Man such a good guide tried her a few times but went terrible this is very helpful!
As a fairly new Tiamat main, I appreciate this! I've been trying to find info on her secondary skills, like I had no idea about the buff duplication.
I get so mad when allies don’t let me get two

Definitely needed this thank you
This vid helped a lot with figuring her out, thx a bunch!
As a tip with her minions ult if you place it in a lane before a team fight place it with a minion wave so the minions don't die easily
Favorite god!!!!
I love your videos man . Thank you
Thanks Chad!
As tedious as it is, she's really fun to play and when you really grasp her abilities...she ain't to be trifled with.
Thank you so much!!!
Clio is also coming today!!!
Could you do an update on her items for the new 10year update?
Ty in advance

@@Shenmoki What about the new stacking item, the tablet, is it any good? Maybe better that book of thoth.

can i play lono for tanking more with her?
As a midlaner I wouldn't go for it but in solo I'd say it's not off the table but probably not great
Dope vid fam...subbed🤘🏿
