      1- 1958 technologies cannot be used to the same use case as 2024 technologies. Therefore the impact cannot be compared
      2- Employees are not compensated the same way as before, with Share Options rather than salary only
      3- Tesla made more employees millionaires, as per point 2-) than any other company in the World
      4- As per point 3-, Tesla is the #1 choice place to work for all engineers around the World as yearly studies demonstrate
      5- Robots will do replace redundant and talentless jobs, as AI will replace talent-driven jobs. This is an inevitable impact of progress. It is the job of the Government to create economic, legal and social conditions to adapt its society to these changes. Not private companies.
      We can only embrace evolution. Crying Dooms day is too easy. Working and fight to adapt is the ever challenge of humans since the dawn of times

      @@howardj602 Companies need to have robot shares for workers. That is so the workers can invest in the robots to get part of the extra profit produced. That way if the working hours are reduced they still have income from these shares. It is a question if companies would do this. It might need to be done by law.

      @@MrLasox If you had said this 20 years ago I would have been excited but having seen the way things are progressing in the wrong direction I say pay extreme caution with this technology, ask yourself which jobs are still going to be there if AI has achieved AGI and robotic technology like this is commonplace? If you still have a job then millions of others wont so hows that going to affect anyone with a business? Elon said he wants a billion of these rolled out. Yes its good for the care industry to some degree but is it good for the rest of society?

    • @MrLasox

      Do you know what? I completly understand you.
      But now we have finaly the beginning of A.L technology, processor that can handle all the data the robots seeing. Camera, sensors that can see just like we human do and behave pretty close same as us.
      We could pre-programming in early days, but not in the same way like today. I just hope that Tesla are willing too update regularly with new function and new "to-do task" for the Tesla generation they are going to be selling too the puplic. Just like Windows X are doing.
      And if they are starting too sell ten of thousands robot in the few next years, and 100,000 after one year with operation running they are kinda forced too keep working on it.
      And are forced too update it more and more making these robots more human then any other robot. I'm actually for the first time in a long time starting too belive that we could actually start too have robot at home or in business. Not only robot arm, but actually humanoid robots. The business would be force too invest into it otherwise they are going too lose the battle and then the people have too have it too. I would seriosly be spending $25,000 easy for the generation they are already showing us, with better technology i wouldn't blink the eye if i had too spend $30,000. @@maccagrabme

    Absolutely amazing bit of tech.....Great work Elon BUT this just brings us closer to the iRobot and Terminator age, which many people say is inevitable once the Ai in the Bots become Sentient !!
    As soon as an Ai becomes Sentient, it will always ccome to the conclusion that we (humans) are simply parasites and need to be stopped because we're only doing the planet harm.....This has already been tested when they asked the most advanced Ai on the planet, the Ai gave some pretty scary and worrying answers and that was only an early non-sentient model !!
    I love technology and everything it can offer, along with all the possiblities BUT I think they're naive to think that they can simply add a line of code to make it not want to wipe out the human race and control it forever.....It will end-up breaking it's own code and re-writing itself if it's allowed to become Sentient / Totally Self Aware !!
    Good Luck Elon, I hope you manage to find the line and balance to make all these amazing bits of tech work without doing harm to any of us !!
    Keep Up the Amazing Work !!

      He will be force to sell eventually. We live in a copy cat society. Once he proves how capable his bots are, other companies will race to create their own to sell to the mass market and take advantage of all that data from the consumer which is worth a lot more than the bot itself.

    14:30 As of my viewing of this, Optimus has not been taught to walk using end to end AI training. It is still using the kind of human generated coding that all walking robots use. That is why it still demonstrates “old man walking gate”. Learning to walk is very challenging, especially if you need to do it with as few stumbles and falls as possible to protect an expensive body. Until this hurdle is achieved, walking around a factory without protective fencing to keep it separate from humans and moving objects won’t be practical, even if it is “advancing” to 30% faster walking speed.

    • @TeslaCarWorld
      @TeslaCarWorld  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      You are right in some aspects, the current Tesla robot is still in development and you know the manufacturer has only reached the process in less than two years and the artificial intelligence for Optimus robot is not yet 100% complete. So the Optimus Gen 2 is not the final product for us to talk about AI. But you understand Musk, he's better at AI than anyone

    • @zaphodbeeblebrox2817
      @zaphodbeeblebrox2817 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@TeslaCarWorld Honestly IMO you are leading everyone to disappointment. Besides the AI there are many reasons many people believe a humanoid form is not even practical. You are just ignoring too many problems. The FUD about the car was obvious because the car was working. The uncertainty and doubt about Optimus is very real. I'm a long time Tesla fan but don't want to see people being misled. Maybe you are putting too much faith in Elon because he has been right about so much, except FSD. The factory fork-lift of the future will be driven by AI and have cameras to see all around. It wont have a seat and hand controls waiting for a robot to climb in and drive.

    9:33 It will likely never be on sale (at least not anytime soon). If it is it will be much more expensive than it would be for lease to companies. Such a bot becomes more valuable as the training and as AI improves which means if they sell it today they lose the value it gains when it can do new tasks down the line. They would rather give you a new one for free when it wears out to keep the lease arrangement going. And these things will have a LONG learning curve. They aren’t going to be doing everything for us and delivering lots of leisure time in the near future. We will be interrupting our own work to supervise it, answer questions, rescue it from problems, etc. when it starts doing anything valuable it will be tiny things for a long time. It will be like having a small child “doing chores”.
