Masha Allah! As follower of Ahle Sunnah wa jam'ah and a member of Sufi Tariqah Al Qadriyah , i wish all the brothers URS Mubarak of Maulana Jalaluddin Rumi (may Allah be pleased with him) . I hope with the Wasila of Molana Jalaluddin Rumi Allah Azza'wajal make us steadfast on our respected Tariqah. All though molana belongs from Naqshbandi Tariqah but we from other Tariqahs follow him . Also note, please avoid musical instruments except Duff and when u do Mehfil e Sama don't allow a camera man to record it is not a true Sama Mehfil if a third person comes in and makes worldly movements. Practice the Sharia of the Prophet for more spirituality and blessings.
🙄there is nothing wrong with a camera man or teaching someone about something that is new for them. Also nothing about this ceremony is from the teachings of the Prophet s.a.w. This was rumis expression to remember Allah. Muslims should not be bowing their heads to another human.
Ahl us-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah NEVER followed Sufism.
Bro i can't prevent myself to reply you,, its humble advice to you ,,, just adhere to your sufi tariqah whatever it teaches......don't apply its teachings to other sufi traditions. kindly don't mind your business in other tariqah's rites and rituals thats performed under the observance of their Shaykhs, you wouldnt get benefits from this gesture instead you might get astray from the path of God in between this period

When Musa Aliye Salam tried to teach a shepherd who was in deep meditation remembering God, how to pray?.....GOD said to Musa AS that he should have left His worshiper alone as he was in deep devotion of HIM....that is what God liked. Yep the first person to do Sema which is revolving around in remembrance of Allah was Prophet Abu Bakr Siddique (May Allah be pleased with Him) when he sacrificed his everything for the war. Then when Allah command came to Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) that say to Abu Bakr that Allah is pleased with him and when it was told to Abu Bakr that Allah is pleased with him then he revolved around like that. Now if you want proof then get involved in Sufism and then you will get to know.
