- When building main bases that include advanced building mechanics like pixel gap loot rooms, wall stacking, offset bunkers, etc. Or when you're not 100% sure if you're going to stay on a server, it's sometimes necessary to build a starter base. With an upkeep and cost less than a 2x2 with more efficient use of space, it's a great alternative for small groups.

I love this base design I use it all the time! The only difference is that I use 3 ramps in the loot rooms for extra protection! Good video!

I personally like to put a repair bench sideways, barbecue and a large box, you can fit two small boxes under the repair bench so you dont lose any storage, however you can then have a repair bench inside as well

The thing I don't understand about these types of bases is that if someone wants to raid you, they'll do it even if the raid cost is 20 rockets compared to 4. The best idea is to make some unassuming 2x1 or 1x1 with a scuffed airlock so people won't offline you, you can even keep one or 2 walls wood to make your base even less appealing to offline raid.
Either way you’re gonna get raided, might as well make it semi hard to raid.

I would make the middle connecting triangle a bit larger as you can splash the roof for access to all three rooms. On a non-force wipe you will get 4 rocket raided pretty easily. Built a similar base design and had it hard tested out. I made the TC room a dead man's bunker tho and it saved my base.

Guys for some reason everytime i try to place a shelf where the tc is placed it doesnt let me
i cant place tc where the triange flooring goes idk why
I tried to do the shelf through the wall and it didn't work.

I went deep on a group that had this starter they only had one garage door 😅
A 2X1 is a better starter choice, or a 2x2. because of the triangle airlock u get.
This base also has an airlock, but its used as usable space, though this airlock isn't as good as a normal triangle one. I think the cheap base cost makes up for it.

there's a time limit on how long you can break things
you can only destroy walls that were placed in a ten minute span
and if ur wondering why they do that its because if someone were to raid u then once they get tc that means that they would be able to just break all ur walls

You could expand the front door out one and build a platform to go up or build out and make the starter base into a core I guess.
Bro I was about to do it and this guy door can’t me and I thought I put the doors in the right way but then it create an airlock and then he got in my base😂

Honrycomb the core, add the extra doors as I showed at the end of the video, and go up however you'd like
