Some info, someone who claimed to be in contact with Blair, was threatening to dox Oz during their most recent live stream. Oz called their lawyer just in case it was true. From what I know, Oz and Blair weren't able to come to a settlement within reason. Oz is working on part 2.

Blair's lawsuit is trying to blame her downfall on three innocent men. She was asked to provide additional details to amend her lawsuit three times and failed to do so. Blair started her own downfall by accusing Legal Eagle of plagiarizing her videos because they used the ripped paper and highlighting effect. I can't believe a judge did not dismiss this lawsuit with prejudice.
I've seen other people smarter then me say that the judge is giving Blair every chance possible so when it does get dismissed because the case is garbage, she can't claim the courts didn't give her her fair shot. I don't know how accurate this is, but it's an alternative view

@@Ross516 yes I was skeptical when the judge allowed her to amend her complaint three times to add more detail but tried to patient for the exact reason you are saying. however I thought this video from Oz made it clear that the judge did not dismiss the claim and even found in favor of Blair in her complaint the Felix violated the NDA by the email he sent 7 months before he started ever working for her about a personal issue. Felix was a no brainer to be dismissed from the lawsuit early on. So now I have little faith in this judge and justice system but hope that maybe I am wrong of course and that this harassment of three innocent dudes ends at some point. Madcaster is going to make a video about it tomorrow explaining the court's rulings so will see. I hope I am wrong and the court is not completely in favor of what Illuminaughtti is doing.

My father donated his body to medical science/ cancer research, and was an incredibly talented, strong, and giving person. I am also a survivor of an abusive relationship in college, a little over 10 years ago. Once this court nonsense is all over, I know Oz has a long road to healing ahead, but I know he’ll pull through. I can tell from his videos how strong of a person he is. There are some anti-SLAPP laws in some states, but in America at least it's still a pretty bad situation. It's still a common strategy to sue someone you don't like just to harass them and make them spend money.

I was a regular veiwer of Blairs. As someone who dosent use twitter, I was not aware about any of the "drama" until Blair made her own youtube video about it. The video SHE made didnt sit right with me. I had never been a fan of any of the other people involved (except Leagal Eagle). So when The click made a video that got recomended to me a few days later, having seen Blairs video, I felt the need to watch it. And after that I watched subsequent videos made by people involved. I would never have cared enough to look up anything about this situation if Blair hadnt made her video. She brought this upon herself.
I was the same. I usually had her videos on in the background while I did other things, which is what I did with her initial response video. Even though I wasn't really paying much attention, the video felt...off. Then I started seeing videos from these people I'd never heard of talking about the situation. I didn't want to watch at first because I didn't want to inadvertently stumble into misogynistic accusations or something like that, but finally I checked one out, then another, and another. Needless to say, I was horrified but what I learned about her past and current behavior. But if she had never posted to youtube, I would never have known about any of it, and I wouldn't have become suspicious enough of her character to engage with videos criticizing her
I was the same way. I ended up, leaving after the click and one topics videos, but it was all because of stuff that she did, not to mention that exposed video. She’s also the one that doesn’t seem to care about her own career. I saw people leaving before this stuff even dropped because she was getting information in her videos wrong, and ignoring or deleting all criticism. She did this all to herself, and the fact that there are people that believe her bs is mind-boggling.

The fact that Blair is going nuts trying to fight these allegations against her, blaming Oz, Click, Wonder, Felix...When the evidence of her crimes is IN HER OWN VIDEO. It was HER OWN VIDEO where she outed someone's mental health problems, started waging a war, began youtube drama. She is wholly to blame for this entire scenario. People hating her isn't just because her victims spoke out; she literally became living proof of her victims' claims. She is her own enemy.

When all of this happened, I followed Legal Eagle and Blair. I only learned about OZ, OT, The Click, and Wonder by her “Illuminaughtii Exposed” video, which also caused me to unfollow her. It was HER words and the way she shared Wonder’s very personal and obviously painful information to her huge audience. It was so distasteful that I couldn’t support her at all.

If you dont know what a pyrrhic victory is, its "a success that brings such significant harm to the victor that it differs little from defeat." The evidence that we have available is so damning that most people KNOW she's guilty. The video she posted was what caused her to hemorrhage subscribers because it was SO BAD at defending herself, it convinced most people that everyone that had spoken against her was right. If Blair wins, it will prove an extreme negligence in the US legal system and most people would be disgusted at the outcome. Yeah, at the bare minimum her career on YT is finished. She gained 5.6M views in the past 12 months. The 12 months before that, she gained 111M views. Her best months got her 14M views, she hasn't gotten above 300K this year. From what little I know of YT's CPMs, that's the difference between "more than I'll make in a year" and "you might be OK depending on your location?" (And given how her viewership is still plummeting, the latter will likely be "no" soon).

It really hurts to hear about your ptsd diagnosis after your relationship with Blair. I've been through that too due to an abusive ex and wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.
Same. It took me a long time to not wince at the sound of silverware drawers opening and having to hover whenever someone was in the kitchen (related to being chased with kitchen knives). Recovery is possible, just can be slow and sometimes painful. Some triggers (like raised male sounding voices) still linger and may never go away, but overall things get better with enough time and self-care and compassion.

First off, she would have no control over police BOLO orders, and secondly they aren't issued on locations, only for people or vehicles, things that can move around. BOLO is "be on look out" when searching for someone or something. It's so funny realizing that Illuminaughtii could have easily dodged the whole drama with medium to low losses if she just apologized publicly to LegalEagle, distanced herself from the people who didn't like her anymore, stayed in her lane, and kept making her own content. She could have been just fine. None of this had to happen.
Literally all she had to do was respond to legal eagle with, "sorry, i misunderstood the situation" and then shut up. Because her original accusation against him was wrong, but also sort of understandable if you're not familiar with the details of that software and its public tool sets. It was an easy(though stupid) mistake on her part. The part that makes no sense was she instead branched off and started ranting about former sad milk members who had nothing to do with the legal eagle situation at all. Basically instead of a short apology to LE she dragged up long dead drama that all the sad milk members had already stopped talking about. It's like she thought she could bring it back up to make everyone forget about her legal eagle situation. And she never saw it coming when the former sad milk members decided to stand up for themselves and not get dragged through the mud again. These were all people who had moved on and left that behind and she dragged it up to try and mitigate her latest blunder, which itself wouldn't have been a big deal with just a simple apology. This is all karma of her own making. Instead of apologizing like a decent human being, she tried to obfuscate everything by throwing shade at her former friends and they were finally tired of being treated like punching bags.

If Blair files for bankruptcy, the IRS and probably other creditors will have higher priority in getting paid. Also, she will have to pay her bankruptcy attorney in full before they file. @@Ross516 yes I was skeptical when the judge allowed her to amend her complaint three times to add more detail but tried to patient for the exact reason you are saying. however I thought this video from Oz made it clear that the judge did not dismiss the claim and even found in favor of Blair in her complaint the Felix violated the NDA by the email he sent 7 months before he started ever working for her about a personal issue. Felix was a no brainer to be dismissed from the lawsuit early on. So now I have little faith in this judge and justice system but hope that maybe I am wrong of course and that this harassment of three innocent dudes ends at some point. Madcaster is going to make a video about it tomorrow explaining the court's rulings so will see. I hope I am wrong and the court is not completely in favor of what Illuminaughtti is doing.

My father donated his body to medical science/ cancer research, and was an incredibly talented, strong, and giving person.

I was a regular veiwer of Blairs. As someone who dosent use twitter, I was not aware about any of the "drama" until Blair made her own youtube video about it. The video SHE made didnt sit right with me. I had never been a fan of any of the other people involved (except Leagal Eagle). So when The click made a video that got recomended to me a few days later, having seen Blairs video, I felt the need to watch it. And after that I watched subsequent videos made by people involved.
I would never have cared enough to look up anything about this situation if Blair hadnt made her video. She brought this upon herself.
I was the same. I usually had her videos on in the background while I did other things, which is what I did with her initial response video. Even though I wasn't really paying much attention, the video felt...off. Then I started seeing videos from these people I'd never heard of talking about the situation. I didn't want to watch at first because I didn't want to inadvertently stumble into misogynistic accusations or something like that, but finally I checked one out, then another, and another. Needless to say, I was horrified but what I learned about her past and current behavior. But if she had never posted to youtube, I would never have known about any of it, and I wouldn't have become suspicious enough of her character to engage with videos criticizing her
I was the same way. I ended up, leaving after the click and one topics videos, but it was all because of stuff that she did, not to mention that exposed video. She’s also the one that doesn’t seem to care about her own career. I saw people leaving before this stuff even dropped because she was getting information in her videos wrong, and ignoring or deleting all criticism. She did this all to herself, and the fact that there are people that believe her bs is mind-boggling.

It was HER words and the way she shared Wonder’s very personal and obviously painful information to her huge audience. It was so distasteful that I couldn’t support her at all.

Same. It took me a long time to not wince at the sound of silverware drawers opening and having to hover whenever someone was in the kitchen (related to being chased with kitchen knives). Recovery is possible, just can be slow and sometimes painful. Some triggers (like raised male sounding voices) still linger and may never go away, but overall things get better with enough time and self-care and compassion.
@@atomicgoblin i also have ptsd and yeah it has been 5 years and was recovering, then a shitty psychiatrist forced me to explain what happened in detail. Now i have more triggers and they all make me completely break down.

It's so funny realizing that Illuminaughtii could have easily dodged the whole drama with medium to low losses if she just apologized publicly to LegalEagle, distanced herself from the people who didn't like her anymore, stayed in her lane, and kept making her own content. She could have been just fine. None of this had to happen.
Literally all she had to do was respond to legal eagle with, "sorry, i misunderstood the situation" and then shut up. Because her original accusation against him was wrong, but also sort of understandable if you're not familiar with the details of that software and its public tool sets. It was an easy(though stupid) mistake on her part.
The part that makes no sense was she instead branched off and started ranting about former sad milk members who had nothing to do with the legal eagle situation at all.
Basically instead of a short apology to LE she dragged up long dead drama that all the sad milk members had already stopped talking about. It's like she thought she could bring it back up to make everyone forget about her legal eagle situation. And she never saw it coming when the former sad milk members decided to stand up for themselves and not get dragged through the mud again.
These were all people who had moved on and left that behind and she dragged it up to try and mitigate her latest blunder, which itself wouldn't have been a big deal with just a simple apology.
This is all karma of her own making. Instead of apologizing like a decent human being, she tried to obfuscate everything by throwing shade at her former friends and they were finally tired of being treated like punching bags.
Until hbomber would make a video But maybe she could have getting away with it by just being known as a thief and not a thief and a horrible human being on a personal level
It was going to boil over eventually. Probably after Hbomb's video. Same as the Legal Eagle debacle, one swing against her would've pushed and emboldened former collaborators to distance themselves from her and speak out against her.

Not surprised she didn't take the settlement offer. IMO, she *KNOWS* she's going to lose, but she knows that you'll be suffering every day until the judge swings the gavel for the final time. She wants to drag out your suffering as long as possible, even though she knows she's going to lose.
