I switched to induction and it’s so much better than gas, I thought I’d never say that. And I have a center gas burner on my stove for when I use gas or there’s a power outage, best of all worlds :).

a few things about this are funny to me. Yes Uncle Roger was on the back of minds of a lot of people no doubt.. but can we also talk about how Stephen was trying to be fun and entertaining with little coming back xD But then going off script and calling him out with the recipe making it probably much better in the end with the wine, oil and lemon xD I love Stephen. That's not how the Centellino works at all. Aeration works when poured into the teardrop part. Then, you turn and empty a perfect glass of aerated wine into a wine glass.

Jamie is a witch, I made Gordon meatballs for Christmas they were wonderful but not fun to make, then I tried Jamie he is way more open and he makes it a game, people liked it more. Jamie wins.

Stephen is masterful in the kitchen. (freestyling with the recipe - never witnessed anyone doing that 😂😂 Add in the “jazzy” talk and I am 100% sure he is high.
So Stephen just a quick update! The gift Jamie Oliver gave you is known as the Centellino wine Aerator. Clearly Jamie Oliver has no idea how it works because as you pointed out the tear drop area is meant to be filled first to actually aerate the wine and then you tilt the bottle to pour out of that tear drop area into your wine glass. So Jamie Oliver skipped the whole aerating process when he poured that glass lol.

I’d love to see you both cook, explain the cooking and the aerating thing, while trying to keep Stephen in check in a segment that lasts a couple of minutes. Pretty sure you wouldn’t be able to do it.
