Shaq gets my vote as one of the most down to earth humble people. More money than most people could imagine, doesn’t take himself too seriously, and obviously just enjoys life.
We should all be so lucky.

Colbert is almost six feet tall and he doesn't even come up to Shaq's shoulders. At the beginning of this segment Colbert looks like a child next to Shaq. When they put the ice cream on and added the peanut butter I started to drool.

My friends were in Italy a few years ago and they met Shaq totally by accident in a bar. They wanted to have the honor to buy him a few drinks so he accepted and they said he was absolutely fantastic and humble with them. I like celebrities that don't take themselves too seriously and stay grounded. After all, they are celebrities because of us...
There's this great story about a couple who went to a restaurant and saw Shaq's back a few tables down. They tweeted about it and tagged Shaq. Minutes later Shaq tweeted back saying if you seen him say hi, stood up, and found them. I wanna say they also got a selfie but I can't remember.

I was in a bar where Neil Simon came over to me and started to chat me up. We were having a grand old time. About 5 mins later a woman walks in, calls out his name and waves at him, he looks at me and realizes that while I may be a pretty brunette I’m not the pretty brunette he was supposed to be meeting and in an entirely different voice says, “Oh, you’re nobody” and waves at his real appointment and walks over to her. I’m glad I never got around to telling him that my husband - who I was waiting for at the bar - starred in one of his plays in Hong Kong.

CAUTION: If you make dulce de leche by boiling condensed milk cans, you *need* to check they aren't going dry. And then you *need* to wait until they are cold before opening. The possibility of cans exploding *was not a joke.*
Chilean here. Dulce de leche (known here as "manjar blanco") is traditional. I have heard too many stories about flying and exploding cans as to want to hear the American version of them. Take care.

I’ve been meaning to try out making dulce de leche sometime. I have a recipe that says to add vanilla bean seeds…it sounds divine!

@@CardboardMarzipan The classic way of making dulce de leche is mixing milk, sugar, some spices/vanilla and cooking that stirring for a long time until it becomes a gooey delight. The worst risk there is burning the mix. The shorter and easier way is boiling condensed milk cans. Is way easier and the result is foolproof, but there is the risk of explosion. Check your recipe very well, and enjoy!
