Interesting! Not used to hearing a twin turned up full and not sparklingly clean, whereas with a plexi that’s usually the point. Did you record the audio and video separately or did your head blow off after recording this video standing right next to two cranked amps? Both amps sound great btw.
I recorded them together. After all these years I'm pretty comfortable with 50W Marshalls but the Twin blew my head off, it's so damn loud fully cranked. But it sounds glorious. I'm really surprised too!
There are definitely differences, but surprising how close they sound.
Indeed! It really surprised me. With the vol on 10, this old Twin pretty much feels like playing on a Plexi.
Excellent video, nicely played, I like the sound. Greetings Pavel CZ.
Thx!
thanks so much for this comparison
Thx!

That Marshally really asked for different speakers.
Try with some nice Celestion nextime, pretty please 👍
Greenbacks specifically
Yeah :) The Marshall had a hard time with these Jensens. In the next video I'll compare the Marshall connected to the Greenback cab vs the Fender cab.
I like the fender better
It's surprisingly great, isn't it?
@@Guitar_Magicyeah. I thought only a Marshall could sound like that. I like your videos. Keep it up 😎
Me too, really blew my mind. Thx man!!
