wow u guys did awesome job.I love pond also meron ako turtles pond and koi pond but I used a stock tank for now.hopefully in the future gusto ko ganito anyway I live here in vegas also

That pond looks great. How did the inpond 600 do after a few years now? How often did you have to clean it
your problem here is the stone is porous you need to use some liner what you could do is use a off cut of liner place it underneath the stone and around some rocks and rock around to hide the liner.
How did your pond hold up from two years ago? Please let me know!

69 Like I watch all 5 parts very nice work much effort family put into project, I am doing 1 right now but it above ground wooden frame, for the 2 koi only! my box is 8 feet long 3 feet wide and 4 feet deep. you have a very nice back yard🎉

U could have used expansion foam to fix your leaky "waterfall". Instead of using a pond liner u could have cemented the whole pond and added a bottom drain and filter chamber. Your design to be honest will not last for the following reasons:
1) No overflow exit point, when it rains its gonna overflow.
2) There is no UV light for preventing green water.
3) There is no surface skimmer.
4) The koi that u purchased are not of quality.
5) There is no area for good bacteria/colony to multiply.

What are those white discs?
They are lights I got from Amazon , does not work very good , I would not recommend them.
How do you get animals not to try and get the fish?
Never Had that problem, the only thing I worry about is some small birds drinking the water.
