Can we check to see if the light is on (the orange part inside the filter) while it’s in/under pond water?
I do not know how to test go a leak at first either??? Where are instructions for this step?
I've been searching TH-cam and the internet for days for guidance on checking the uv light sleeve for water leaks. Can ANYONE help me with this? I am beyond frustrated with the lack of help from videos and manual produced by the company.
I just bought a 300 and the blue light to tell me the uv light is on doesn’t glow. What am I doing wrong? It’s brand new and plugged in.
Do not use the UV it is a death trap. Has major design flaws which causes electrical shock
