I think the bigger problem is porn and porn addiction which leads to excessive masturbation and all the other negative effects. I think the worst effect is how it seems to warp (typically straight) male minds and their perception of females, sex and life as a whole. It’s really scary. It can be an issue for females too, but doesn’t seem as much of a problem. Males seem to be more vulnerable. Like any addiction, going cold turkey can be the best way to break the habit.
Don't ask women about no fap, most of them live lives of abundant intercourse and have no idea of a movement like this. This pertains to males, specifically the 80% who are getting no play. Do you think "Chads" are concerned with any of these various manosphere movements?
