Victory Vending ... the motion lights for the laundry are on a timer. They are activated when the business is closed; otherwise, all the lights are on when business is open.

You should consider adding in money making / time wasting machines when you have the time and money to front it. People are there, waiting on laundry to wash- flipping through their phone for the most part, I guess. But maybe they don't have much internet left, so maybe they read a book, idk... but if they had the option to play a claw or prize machine to win something for a dollar or so, they might? And the little 25/50 cent turn the knob candy dispensers make pretty good return and offer them just a little handful of something sweet while they wait. And if you run out of quarters in a busy day or two, consider getting a second change machine?
You might really want to check with your local codes, you usually need a vending license to have a vending machine, and there are often rules about where you're allowed to place the machines.... You might also consider putting it in a cage if it's going to be outside 24/7, not hard at all to break into that machine.
We don't have them around here from my research. No need for a cage, we have cameras all around here, i regularly review video, haven't had anyone mess with any of the pop/snack machines, dryers & quarter pusher are the only ones that people try and screw with.

I've actually got the perfect space for more right behind the bank of dryers. Enough room to put at least 8 machines in, considering games, etc. I even have another Rowe high-end machine back there as well.

So for the laundromat the guy that owned it wasn't making any money on it so I had him Finance two-thirds of the cost of getting it back up and running real estate included. Then I found another person to come up with that remaining one-third approximately so at that point I don't pay anything somebody else does

Have you thought about putting new bill acceptors on the vending machines? Like the bill acceptors that take the Apple Pay or credit cards.
Yes but the cost tends to be pretty high and from what I can tell my customer base is mostly cash oriented.

It's about 1,500 pounds, if they can take it they likely deserve it (Additionally we have cameras everywhere, so they'd eventually be found).
