Woooooah literally was about to search yt for hybrid planning ideas but decided to check my subscriptions first... The best timed video I've ever witnessed 😂

I wasn’t even planning on posting it this soon - but I felt inspired to edit last night lol! Glad my timing was spot on for you 💪🏼

Yes!! It took me a second to sort out how to organize it but I think it went ok 😂 I plan to do more specific follow up videos so if there’s any part of the process you want more details on lmk!

Love this! I do something similar and my number 1 rule is things only live in ONE place. If I moved it to my notebook, it gets checked off in reminders. If I wrote event details in my notebook and then add it to my digital calendar, it gets crossed off on paper. I’m pretty strict about it otherwise things get confusing

That is a GREAT rule, and totally makes sense!! I somehow don’t lose anything doing it the way I do it 😂 but the beauty of it is, we can make things work the way they work for us In a way, I do similar - it doesn’t exist in two places UNLESS it’s a url I save in my Apple notes, and I have a reference to it in my physical notebook (and I know what that looks like). So I know if it’s still sitting in reminders…. It’s not in my notebook yet. 😂 and I think the only other difference is things will be in both my digital calendar and my physical book, but I don’t put the events in my notebook until we get to that week more for “at a glance”. But I still reference my digital calendar as the main source of truth.

@@elenamplans love it! The thing about making your own system like this is you can tweak every individual step so it works with your own brain!

Love it! Simple and functional system! I will definitely use that! I don’t know how to get over the fact that I paid for some apps and now not to use them? Anyone has any advice?
Question - do you copy some notes from your bullet journal to keep in notes for long term? ❤

Ugh paying for the app and not using it - annoying, yes, but if you know a free native app now works… I’d say mark it as a loss and use what WORKS versus forcing yourself to use something solely because it was paid. But, that’s also a personal mindset choice so do what YOU need to do! Bullet notes to apple notes for long term - yes. Whenever I migrate books I do review my index and see what needs to be transferred for long-term keeping or if it’s something that would be better suited for digital organization versus manual. So an idea/list might start in my journal, but if it requires more details/research I will move it over, for example.

I wanted to watch this video so bad but the echoing was killing me

The whole video? There was a 1:30 second section at the start where the audio in the clip overlay didn’t TOTALLY come down 🫠 which I didn’t catch til later.

I can edit it and drop you a link to watch an updated version if you really like! Since I edit online it would take me 2 seconds 💪🏼

@@elenamplans Thank you so much! I actually noticed the point where the audio got better earlier and kept watching all the way through. Thanks for taking the time to do this i’ll rewatch the edited version and take notes since a lot of this information was super helpful (: You’re the best
