At first I had doubts.. I worked in the service industry. I've served thousands of people and most of their personalities were friendly, humble, just like Hugh's, I really admired those people. But the sad thing is that, at outside, they're act like a great person humble and stuff. but inside, they treated us servers like shit. But when in front of their friends or loved ones or those VIPS, they acted totally different! I hated that. Finally there is one actually genuine person like Hugh Jackman. Few like him .. does exist just harder to find. Thanks for this comment though.

Hugh Jackman is definitely the most perfect human ever! He's stunningly gorgeous, incredibly sexy, amazingly ripped, phenomenally talented and versatile. A wonderfully fantastic actor of screen and stage, singer, multi-instrumentalist (Guitar, piano and violin), dancer and sportsman. He brilliantly plays on different roles and various film genres, most of his characters are completely opposite & contrasting but is very realistic in every performance. He is a real Hollywood royalty. His performances in "Prisoners", "Les Miserables", "The Fountain" & "The Prestige" were jaw-droppingly astonishing and have been lauded with wide acclaim by movie critics.

He's very talented and humble and respectful to others, and that makes me like him a lot more. You look at his behavior and the way he carries himself and you can just see that father figure shining through, he just seems like a really good guy. Also how he asked Ellen back in 0:20 "How was yours?" It's a small act but you really don't see a lot of that selflessness in big name celebrities.

People criticized the movie for not being historically accurate, but it has been clearly stated that it's not a biopic, but rather an entertaining pseudohistory of showbusiness, hinting on PT Barnum's business tactics (deception which is shown in the movie). It's a great movie to watch with family, is witty, and has great music tied into perfectly to scenes.
Considering it's a musical, I'm surprised people are confused.
farsthchi yeah same. Some of the critics were like " it's a poor representation of PT Barnum's life" or "too much dramatization" "not enough conflict" and I'm like "dude it's a musical. There will be bits of truth but it's embellished and set to music to create a good story."

Everyone who hasn't seen it, you have to! I can't stand musicals, the song usually are to corny, and happy, but I am going to see it for the 5th time! I can't get enough of it. Everyone is really into the moment. I could watch it everyday! Thank you to the director, Hugh, Zac, Zendaya, all the other actors, the crew and the greatest showman ensemble for creating such a great film!
