For Thogayal
Small Onion - 1 cup
Coconut - 3/4 cup
Curry leaves - 1 full cup
Tamarind - Small gooseberry size
Oil - 4tsp
Mustard - 1tsp
Urad dhal - 2tsp
Hing - 1tsp
Salt to taste
For Dosa
Thinai - 1/2 cup
Kambu - 1/2 cup
Samai - 1/2 cup
Ragi - 1 / 2cup
Idlli rice - 1cup
Urad dhal - 1 cup
