In the Philippines Lemon grass is different from Citronella. Citronella has reddish stem like what you have there but Lemon grass have whitish greenish stem. I'm not sure if citronella leaf extract is ok to eat/drink. But thank you, the video is still very helpful in how to care of the plant.

Yes in Mumbai also I bought two days back, both lemon grass and citronella were kept near, I mistakenly picked up red stem one and they told me, this is citronella used for insects and lemon grass for tea.
