I was a little skeptical about the black bean soup but then I made it since it looked so easy to make. I also had the ingredients already and OMG ITS SOOOOO GOOD!!! Thank you for this recipe! It is now one of my main summer dishes! :D
The cold black bean soup is a really really good and refreshing recipe! Love it so much.....as a diabetic myself I'd rather step away from any wheat/rice or buckwheat noodles, but I have used konjac noodles with this and it tastes incredible! ( and for the the non diabetics among us: you could even make this soup into a dessert by using azuki beans and sugar). Lentils.....you can never go wrong with lentils!!! And last: thank you for showing vegan 'hoddeok' ....again as a diabetic bananas are out of my league ( but damn...I love them so much!!!), so I suggest using bananas in their unripe stage, so they do not contain high levels of carbs, but more levels of resistant starch. Thank you so much for these absolue lipsmacking videos....you've earned yourself another subbie in me!!!
All the recipes had a minimalist aesthetic. 💙 And I loved how you look in this video (also that pan was gorgeous). All of a sudden I'm tired of seeing plain bottomed pans 😅 Much love Rose!
I've been trying to go vegan and as a dedicated Korean food lover was so hard since it involves animal products or meat...but these kinds of Korean food inspired videos really help! Definitely going to try them out! Would love to see more Korean food inspired ones to help me plan out my meals. :)
Lentil dish was very similar to our Indian dal(lentil) except that we dont add gochujang and soy sauce. Today I found a korean version of Indian dal... I m definitely going to try it. Thanks for the recipe.
Absolutely love it Rosa, would love to see more Korean inspired stuff videos like this in the future if you enjoy doing it. Can't wait to try these. You're awesome! :)
I'm seriously obsessed with kongguksu during the summer 😍 I could eat it every day(and sometimes I really do!). Using black beans sounds amazing, I'll definitely try it out!
OMG I'm so happy to see cold bean noodles soup!!!! It's absolutely my favorite and sometimes I just eat cold bean juice(??!) by itself :P my mom adds a little bit of sesame seeds for extra nuttiness and it's sooooo good!
These all look amazing, can't wait to try them out. Just made your sushi bowl with pearled barley recipe for this work week, it's super delicious, best lunch I've packed yet :)
Myyyyy goodness! Those Spicy Korean Lentils look amazing! I'm all about red lentils 😊... I'm such a fan of your channel, everything's always easy, frugal😊 and flavorful! I appreciate you
I recently created my own version of korean inspired lentils and eat them every day tbh, so delicious.. mines pretty much the same but I dont use gochujang I use gochugaru! 😁
i tried the noodle soup with soy beans and liked it already, though i added some garlic (and i have some left over so i´ll probably mix in something else too). i really liked it :D next time i´ll try it with kidney beans!
Have you ever added any spices or anything else to blend up with the black beans to spice up the sauce a bit? You should call the lentil dish Korean dal. That's what it reminds me of, but with Korean spices instead if Indian.
Omg girl. I think I’m going to have to try that bananadilla (lol read a viewers comment) sometime soon. So simple!!!! I’ve saved this video to try some of these soon :)
Omg I've been wanting to try hotteok ever since I watched Maangchi's recipe on how to make it! It actually doesn't seem that hard to make but I'm still too lazy to make the dough and wait for it to rise and shit lol. I'll try out your much more simplified version haha thanks!!
Cheap, maybe. You definitely don't seem lazy!! I'm trying to transition my family to vegetarian so your channel really inspires me I'm just not sure how I can get my kids to eat some of the things. 🤔
