Oh my goodness, Chris😃🎉 You made me laugh so hard when you say you don’t know what type of voodoo they did on the door because it show your prints which is a high-quality product lol you and Martha do such a great job with these reviews🎉 Thanks for the laughs and the information😊😂❤️
Thank you for watching our tour videos, we are glad that you enjoy them. We will have more tour videos coming up over the next month as we head to the Florida RV Supershow. That glass door is something else 😂 Have a wonderful day.
They say there's no perfect rv. We've watched the video of this Floorplan multiple times. I haven't seen anything we'd want to be different. Usually there is some type of compromised on any camper you want. Room around the headboard at the bed, large walk through bathroom, good counter space, cabinet space for a trash can, large reclining sofa with room for the dog, lots of windows, pantry and storage by the door, large gray tank. Large pass through storage with dedicated slot for the table. Accessory hitch, wide ladder for towels, 50 Amp. I thought Brinkley was doing good, Alliance really is on top of the game.
Thank you for watching our tour video, this is such a great floor plan. As you could tell during our tour as we compared it to our previous travel trailer, this one is so much better. We agree, Alliance is doing some great things.
Martha and Chris, oh no, Alliance did it. They made our trail better. We bought it two years ago so it will be a few more before we which. Shelley and I went to the Kansas City RV show yesterday and walked through a ton of RVs. There was only one Delta travel trailer at the show. I believe that it was the rear kitchen floor plan. I love the build quality of what we saw. I was hoping that there would have been more Alliance trailers to see. They had all of the fifth wheels on display. Thank you for sharing. Peace and Safe Travels.
That is awesome, we love walking through the shows and looking at the RV’s. We went through truck campers this year and about fell out of the back of the truck due to the prices. Our Alliance Paradigm 340RL was less expensive and has way more space. Peace and safe travels to you as well.
Thank you, Thank you, Martha and Chris for covering this model, WELL DONE!!!😊🙂 We loved what we saw of it at the Florida RV Supershow. Hoping they change the awning to cover BOTH doors when in full production?!🤞
Thank you for watching our tour video of the brand new line Delta Travel Trailer , we love this floorplan too, I’m sure you could tell in this video. Hopefully they do make minor changes, as this is fairly new. Well, let the manufacturer know your suggestion.
I was thinking the same thing about the awning however I believe that's approximately 20'Which will probably be about the largest you can get. They could change it and move it over but then it wouldn't be over the outside stove anymore And having it over the stove and at least 1 door is more than important Then just having it over both doors and nothing over the Stove
Good job with the video. Love the floor plan, and we ordered it sight on seen. We hope Alliance makes a production change to have the awning long enough to cover the bedroom door.
Thank you for watching our video and congratulations on your new Alliance Delta. We absolutely love this new floorplan as you saw in our video. It is very similar to what we had prior from a different brand a few years ago. I’m sure they will make small changes. I would definitely reach out to Alliance and see if there’s any tweaks that can be done or there may already be tweaks that already done to it.
The awing should be over both doors. I have the same floor plan in my TT and both doors are covered. We use both doors all the time and it's nice the whole area is covered and dry when it rains.
Thank you for watching our tour video of the brand new Alliance Delta Travel Trailer 252RL. We agree and will give Alliance that feedback and hopefully if they have not already changed it that they will consider to change the placement of the awning.
No no, don't change the placement of the awning. Let it cover the outside grill, but make the awning longer to cover both entry doors. It's nice to be able to let both doors open on rainy days.
@@VenturesomeCouple However, an awning does block the sun too. That darkens the interior. Fwiw I prefer light over occasionally having to use the main door in the rain instead of the bedroom door. In think they got it right as is.
The best travel trailer for that size and weight I've seen. Only 2 issues; would like a longer wardrobe and a king bed. 1 thing I've noticed when people showing this RV they haven't really spoke about the windows within the living room and kitchen which is amazing because a lot of RV's usually have one window on that side of the trailer.
Thank you for watching our video and supporting our channel. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to check our little piece of the world. Thank you for the feedback about the living room windows. We agree a king size bed would be nice.
Great video guys!! We’re so excited to see this floor plan. The optional free standing table is interesting. We’d like to see hold open hinges on the overhead cabinets in the kitchen and bedroom. The single outlet sewer with the valve pulls right next to it is great!! Maybe a couple under cabinet lights above the table for just a little more light. Love the dual ac on 30 amp service! That’s killer!!! Would like to see a nicer fan in the bathroom. Great idea on the fan in the bedroom. Not sure about the glass exterior doors. Afraid of shattering or cracking from a rock hit but maybe it’s not a thing. Love the grill griddle combo, love the outside controls for the awning, water pump and slide. Will definitely add a second solar panel and inverter. Overall great unit!! Tough to pick between this one and the 262RB. Solid work Alliance! Curious to see what changes on the production units.
Thank you for watching our tour video and this one is most likely one of the first couple of this floorplan out there. A lot of times they will change into tweaks some things. Another option is if you order this, you can ask the manufacturer if there’s some things that they can tweak, sometimes they’re able to accommodate, or this would be a great DIY on some of the things. It’s a 50 amp coach, you can dial down to 30 and use one AC. The glass exterior door is pretty sturdy, but we don’t personally have one, so we can’t speak to that. You should be able to add a solar package to the Travel Trailer, add an additional cost.
You all did a nice review. One point of confusion, though, is you describe the countertops as solid surface. They look to be sealed edge/Thermofoil, which is likely wrapped MDF or particle board. I wrote Alliance because the quality of the countertops is important to me, and Alliance confirmed they are sealed edge. Therefore, they aren't solid surface, which is a bit of a disappointment to me.
Thank you for watching our video and supporting our channel. We appreciate your feedback on this video. You are correct we misspoke about the counter tops.
Thank you for watching our tour video, I'm sure you could tell how much we love this floor plan, Alliance RV did a great job. We would recommend the auto leveling system, they put it on a heavier frame and you get a little more cargo carrying capacity when you do.
All the things I want on my GD. Rack and pinion slide, front door don’t hit awning, pex water hoses instead of cheap flex hose. electric heaters/fireplace Outdoor grill. Goodyear tires. 2 A/C units GD don’t better
Thank you for watching our tour video, we love the new Alliance Delta travel trailers and love the upgraded features. As you saw in the video we compare this unit to one that was very similar to a different brand travel trailer that we had a few years ago, and this Delta was far more impressive.
The standard 4 dinette (the vid shows 2😂) could have been maximized wall to wall to gain the camp window. We use the overhead storage as a pantry. Pantry below the TV or no TV would help. The 3 seater is an upgrade over a 2. Great job!
Thank you for watching our tour video of the brand new Alliance Delta 252RL Travel Trailer. It’s very creative to see where you can store your items. We had a similar floor plan and got creative of where we stored our stuff as well too.
Thank you for watching our video, and this is a fantastic floorplan. As you can tell, we absolutely love it. We did decide to go with the Alliance Delta 292 RL because that suits our needs for now.
Great video! We were looking at the 292rl but now are seriously considering this as it is 30’ and can fit in all state and national parks. A few questions for you please: 1. What do you mean by minimal maintenance on the rack and pinion slide? What do you need to do? 2. How much on average does an automatic leveling system weigh? 3. What is the cargo capacity on this one? 4. If they put a free standing table and chairs, where would the breaker panel go? 5. Agree with the others to put a full awning to cover the second door. Thanks again!
Thank you for watching our tour video, we saw this gem at the Florida RV Supershow. For some of these answers we’ll guide you to the Alliance RV website, as we do not sell RV’s. We will have the Alliance Delta 292RL video out very soon, we will include pop up details of it on the screen in that video.
We have a rear kitchen model but with the refrigerator in back. It makes it heavier and can "bounce" the refrigerator. We had to strap it back to hold it securely to finish a trip. I was interested in looking through this camper having the rear kitchen. Did I miss seeing cross windows for a breeze between the sofa and sink? Also, could you get to the refrigerator without opening up the slide? Maybe i got caught up in other neat things. Two grey tanks into one pipe are very helpful. I do not care for the glass doors. I know it is a more basic model, but I do not like the fact that there are a number of upgrades available that could be done and take out some ascetic from inside to do it. The ladder rack to dry towels cracked me up!
Hey Allison, thank you for watching our video and supporting our channel. We appreciate the feedback and the towel rack cracked us up also. We don’t hang towels out like that but apparently some people do 🤣. There is a lot of windows for cross breeze and they all open 50% of their size. We have a friend who has the rear kitchen in a different brand and he said the same thing about the bouncing rear end. Thank you again for watching our video and supporting our channel.
Thank you for watching our tour video while we were at the Florida RV super show. We’ll have to double check on that for you and get an answer at a later date. Thank you for your question, it’s a great one and we will get an answer back.
Thank you for watching our video and you’re absolutely right. At least the Travel Trailer is rated for full-time RV living, which will be more sturdy than a Travel Trailer that is not prepped for full-time RV living.
Thank you for watching & more storage would be nice. We had a Heartland North Trail 25LRSS a few years ago, very similar, but this floor plan is better. We love the grill/griddle combo, but more storage would be great.
Thank you for watching our video and supporting our channel. Depending on the configuration of the half ton truck it is possible, but you would need to know the specs and capabilities of the truck.
We are very interested to see this new model. One concern I have, same with the GD verion of the floor plan, is bedroom AC ventilation and fan. How are you cooling the bedroom without the 2nd AC? # of AC vents and maxflow fan? Must say, the 50 amp is a big draw for the bigger Delta 252RL. I just think the 252RL is too big for my 21 F150 max tow.
Thank you for watching our video and supporting our channel. We would encourage you call sales at Alliance RV and talk through that with them. We do not want to steer you wrong.
The biggest reason for the door in the bedroom is for safety. If you have a fire in the rig 9 time out of 10 it's going to be in the kitchen. So if you have the kitchen between the bedroom and exit door you would be trapped in case of a fire. So that's the biggest reason for the bedroom door. Nice rig.
I just looked at one at our RV show and I wasn’t impressed that it had thermofoil countertops and when I pressed on the ceiling it moved quite a bit compared to another brand I won’t mention that had solid surface countertops and a very solid ceiling.
That auto-leveling system is about $3k, and who knows how much weight it cuts out of the CCC. For the cost and weight savings, I can turn a lot of screws.
Thank you for watching our video and supporting our channel. You make a valid point about the weight of the auto leveling system and the cost associated with the upgrade. Those are definitely valid factors to consider if someone orders the Delta.
@@VenturesomeCouple Thanks. I'm sitting here trying to make a decision on ordering a Delta 292RL, or go with a Grand Design 2970RL. GD has been taking a beating in the quality department lately.
@@meatrobot You are correct, we have been hearing a lot about the problems and lack of customer service. We are not that surprised since a lot of their top people left and started Alliance and Brinkley. We went back and forth when we bought our tow hauler and ultimately decided with Alliance. We have not regretted the decision due to the excellent customer support. All trailers will have some things go wrong, to us how it is handled makes all the difference.
That's not a water pump switch, It is the TireLinkc prewire set up. You have to purchase the TireLinc module to place in that spot and have accesss to Psi reading on the tires Love the Azdel walls!!
The pass through bathroom is (and always will be) a deal breaker for us. Keep the second exterior door for access to the bath in road mode and make a hallway between the bedroom and main living area that the bathroom door comes off of, similar to a fifth wheel.
Thank you for watching our tour video of this brand new Alliance Delta Travel Trailer. We’ll have another floor plan out for you in a few days that we think you may really enjoy.
Rack and pinion slide mechanism is far superior to other units this length. Like the 50-amp trailer w/ 2 AC's. Back lite storage is very nice. Rally like the 3 cushion couch. Have to put this on my short list!!
Thank you for watching our video, you’ll have to compare the towing/payload from truck to the RV. Check out this video for more about tow vehicles 🚗 th-cam.com/video/FTjNjE0XOFA/w-d-xo.htmlsi=V2My0AIYGdH7enCB
Thank you for watching our video, we aren’t sure about that. Alliance did say they couldn’t add an awning that long, but we do think two awnings to cover both doors and the pull out grill would have been better, hopefully in the future ones it will be that way.
Thank you for watching the video and supporting our channel. We have been very happy with the Alliance brand as a hole. This is our second trailer that we’ve owned with them. We started with a toy hauler and now a traditional fifth wheel. We don’t own the Delta Travel Trailer, but all the tours we’ve done on them ; weare very happy with the quality. The customer service and ownership experience is fantastic. Alliance prides itself, and taking care of its owners. To us that is the single most important thing since all trailers will inevitably have things that fail.
Thank you for watching our tour video, that’s a great question. Hopefully the RV manufacture will change the awning placement, but we are not sure, maybe to cover the grill if you’re cooking outside. Maybe they’ll change the placement or have two smaller awnings to cover both doors and the grill area.
Thank you for watching our tour video, that’s a great question. Hopefully the RV manufacture will change the awning placement, but we are not sure, maybe to cover the grill if you’re cooking outside. Maybe they’ll change the placement or have two smaller awnings to cover both doors and the grill area.
Thank you for watching our video & yes, that would be great. We bought the Alliance Delta 292RL, it had the same size tanks. We’ll have a complete boondocking set up the next time we go to the Florida Keys.
Like many trailers, it comes down to utilizing space. One thing/choice that I would like to see is where to put 'jackets' as we live in the north, and if using the trailer in cooler weather, everyone has a jacket, and sometimes if it's rained, they are wet, so finding somewhere to put them can be a challenge. Now that I'm getting older, I would prefer a larger tv, and unlike others that have stated they like the walk through bathroom, I prefer it being a room on it's own. Let's say you've gotten up, your wife is still in bed (waiting for you to make the coffee) and you decide to use the bathroom from the kitchen side, and she doesn't hear you in there. She opens the door (whether it being a wife/girlfriend) and there you are mouth opened, where you where hoping for privacy! I prefer the even fancier shower now being shown on the higher end fifth wheels, as what's currently showing here is the same as in our current 2008 Class A, which is obviously old technology, albeit useable. Unsure of one thing (didn't hear it mentioned) but noticed in the front pass through...was aluminium metal being used. Don't know if all walls, roof and all passthrough's have aluminium rather than wood, but that would be a nice feature, where even 'if' once older, that a possible small water leak isn't got to start rotting the internals?
Thank you for watching our video and supporting our channel. We greatly appreciate the thoughtful comments. Alliance does use aluminum for all of their structures along with Azdel walls . They have very limited wood anywhere in the trailer except for under the linoleum floor. We agree with you about somewhere to hang coats, even if it is a few coat hooks on the wall. We had this similar floor plan and agree the bathroom situation could be a problem if you surprise your other half while in the “Office”.
That’s not really a rear living that’s a rear dinette. Just a personal opinion but I don’t want my recliner sitting right beside the refrigerator, I don’t wanna listen to the compressor run at least not that close
Thank you for watching, one spare tire under the back side of the RV & one one panel on the roof, but we’re not allowed to climb on the ladder at the RV shows and no drones.
Not really a full time floor plan! No wardrobe closet for hanging shirts, dresses, etc. The wardrobe closet on the side of the bed are way too small. Am I missing the wardrobe closet somewhere else?
Thank you for watching our video and it is rated for a full-time RV living, but definitely for a minimalist person or a minimalist couple. But the best part is that the travel trailer is rated for full-time RV living, so that is going to be better than a travel trailer that is not rated for full-time RV living, meaning it’s more sturdy.
Thank you for watching our video and supporting our channel. We appreciate your feedback on this video. Definitely not something that everyone would want to use for full time.
Mostly for those seeing this who are thinking it’s “way too small” for full-time, I’m retired and spent the last year traveling around in a Class B camper van. It was extended, but this trailer is still enough longer to have “real” recliners, and a “real” kitchen and bath….I’m watching vids on trailers because my daughter has expressed her desire for me to live on her property when I’m done with the road, and she is currently “against” the idea of a tiny home because she says they are so overpriced. I wanted to see what is available “on the small end” of trailers, and I’ve already seen a couple other Aliance (bigger) floor plans I like quite a bit. I don’t need to dress in suits every day, so having a “convertible” closet with the option to have shelves would mean more room for T-shirts!!! Anyway, my opinion is that I could easily and very happily live alone in this trailer full-time! Thanks for the cool review and walk-through! Aliance is doing great!
Hydraulic rack and pinion slides ? Umm no. But there are great convenience ideas throughout this unit. Just option the self leveling and back up camera 🎥. That trash can 🏆 😊
Should lose the fireplace and have a pop up TV for no neck craning and more storage up top. Would also like a breakfast bar instead of the big dinette. Otherwise I like it
The cabinets look like they are a veneer finish. For all the other quality materials , it feels like they cheapened the camper we entry level cabinet materials
@@VenturesomeCouple This was the comment I was scanning for. The countertops (both kitchen & bathroom) on the Delta's are thermofoil which is just above the cheapest veneer for quality. It's sad, really, that Alliance chose to do that so the price point of the Deltas would compete with the Grand Design Imagine line. Their only saving grace is proper plumbing (except for the water pump outlet).
Thank you for watching our tour video, we understand that this floor plan isn’t for everyone and that’s ok. We had a similar floor plan like this one and it did take some getting used to but we loved it at the time. So many floor plans to choose from, what kind of floor plan do you like?
@@VenturesomeCouple Our old 2011 Jayco Jayfeather 242 was a rear kitchen model, similar to this one. It had a short hallway to the bedroom. The bath, with a full swinging door was on one side, and a huge wardrobe on the other. All in between the bedroom and the living area, providing very nice privacy of both the bathroom and the bedroom. The bath may have been small for large people, but it worked perfect for the two of us. It was a wonderful plan. I wish we'd kept it.
45 gallons of fresh is absolutely unacceptable and inexcusable. Nothing less than 60 should be considered for a 30 foot trailer. My 27-foot unit has 80 gallons. What’s the point of 90 grey if you don’t have 90 fresh? Where would all that grey water even come from? That oven is a silly joke.

I believe that door is called a pocket door ,otherwise you did a good job showing this unit !!
Thank you for watching our tour video, you are correct, pocket door.
My only question is. Can you access fridge in road mode? Great trailer
Thank you for watching our tour video while we were at the Florida RV super show. We’ll have to double check on that for you and get an answer at a later date. Thank you for your question, it’s a great one and we will get an answer back.
Only thing missing is washer/dryer prep. For full timing for me it's a must. Other than that really logical setup.
Thank you for watching our video and you’re absolutely right. At least the Travel Trailer is rated for full-time RV living, which will be more sturdy than a Travel Trailer that is not prepped for full-time RV living.
We have a GD 260 rd and I see a lot of similarities. A lot of storage everywhere. I like the walk thru bathroom. Need more storage in the bedroom.
Thank you for watching & more storage would be nice. We had a Heartland North Trail 25LRSS a few years ago, very similar, but this floor plan is better. We love the grill/griddle combo, but more storage would be great.
Question, is it 1/2 towable? I have air bags on my truck that gives me an extra 1,200lbs.
Nice rig.
Thank you for watching our video & absolutely correct, & this is a fantastic floor plan.
I just looked at one at our RV show and I wasn’t impressed that it had thermofoil countertops and when I pressed on the ceiling it moved quite a bit compared to another brand I won’t mention that had solid surface countertops and a very solid ceiling.
Thank you for watching our video, so many RV’s to choose from, we wish you the best in finding your new RV.
That's what we are looking at
Thank you for watching our video and supporting our channel. We hope you found the video helpful in your decision making process.
Thank you for the feedback we appreciate it!
Thank you for watching our video and supporting our channel. We agree that this is a fantastic trailer. Hopefully it came through on our video.
Would a 2024 Ford Ranger pull this down the highway?
Thank you for watching our video, you’ll have to compare the towing/payload from truck to the RV.
Check out this video for more about tow vehicles 🚗

I was just thinking of why they didn’t have the awning cover both doors ?
Thank you for watching our video, we aren’t sure about that. Alliance did say they couldn’t add an awning that long, but we do think two awnings to cover both doors and the pull out grill would have been better, hopefully in the future ones it will be that way.
Be great with optional washer/dryer hookup, instead of a kitchen table and seats.
Thank you for watching our video, those would be great options.
What is the overall quality like compared to GD or RW? Small suggestion, don't use a wide angle lens inside. Distorts everything.
Wonder why the awning does not cover both doors it appears to have room
Thank you for watching our tour video, that’s a great question. Hopefully the RV manufacture will change the awning placement, but we are not sure, maybe to cover the grill if you’re cooking outside. Maybe they’ll change the placement or have two smaller awnings to cover both doors and the grill area.

The grill is a Greystone, not a Blackstone. Big difference!!
Dang it we missed that! Clearly we are not sales people. Thank you for watching the video.
More water for dry camping
Thank you for watching our video & yes, that would be great. We bought the Alliance Delta 292RL, it had the same size tanks. We’ll have a complete boondocking set up the next time we go to the Florida Keys.
FYI, scissor jacks are for "stabilizing", not leveling.
Thank you for watching our tour video.
Thank you for watching our video this is such a great read living floor plan, you are correct the dinette is in the back.
252rl's a mo vlogs old house
Thank you for watching our video.
Love the videos, but with so much great content on the tube, can't sub without time stamps! Algorithm will thank you, or spank you!
Noted! Thank you for watching our tour video of this newer floor plan, have a great day.
Where is Spair tire?
How about solar
Yes I think u did miss yhe wardrobe !!
What full-timer would be looking at a 30-foot travel trailer?
Mo vlog denier rv trailer a lana rose's new mansion
Thank you for watching our video.
Hydraulic rack and pinion slides ? Umm no. But there are great convenience ideas throughout this unit.
Just option the self leveling and back up camera 🎥. That trash can 🏆 😊
Thank you for watching our video and supporting our channel. We apologize for the error it is electric slides and you saw.
Should lose the fireplace and have a pop up TV for no neck craning and more storage up top. Would also like a breakfast bar instead of the big dinette. Otherwise I like it
Thank you for watching our tour video. That’s great feedback, we’ll relay that back to Alliance.
The cabinets look like they are a veneer finish. For all the other quality materials , it feels like they cheapened the camper we entry level cabinet materials
Thank you for watching our video and supporting our channel. We appreciate your feedback about the cabinets.
Foghorn Leghorn

Not solid surface counter tops
Thank you for watching our tour video.
I don't think those are solid countertops. Rigor RV just did a review on this camper.
Thank you for watching our video and they are not, we just can't go back and edit the video after it is posted.
It would be a great plan, if it wasn't a walk through bathroom to the bedroom.. No thank you....
Thank you for watching our video and supporting our channel. We appreciate your feedback on this video.
@@jordancook1668 We want a big grey tank but don’t need much fresh because so many campgrounds only have water and electric hookups.

Please let Maryha finish her comments. Your information is great but you talk over her. Thank you
Will do, thank you and thank you for watching our video, have a wonderful day.
Sure! Until you drive away with it and it loses 40% equity and constant maintenance. Never again!
Thank you for watching our video and supporting our channel. We appreciate your feedback on this video.
Hate the Hillsdale college ad. Its pure white wash.
Thank you for watching our video, we don’t control the ad’s.
Hydraulic slides? Are sure about that?
Nope we were wrong! Sorry about the mistake. They are electric slides. Thank you for watching our video and supporting our channel.
