My project C4 corvette is finally ready for its first public outing. This left for dead c4 corvette was brought back to life and received a major suspension overhaul. its time to update you the viewers and show the world our progress.

I've got an 88' convertible with the Z51 package. I've owned for 28 years and it still makes me smile every time I drive it.
It amazes me at how it performs with only 245 HP.
I don't show mine, but if I did, I would wash it first. Just sayin'

Glad to see it made it to the meet! My ‘84 is in similarly rough condition, and I’ve been too embarrassed to take it. After watching this though, I’m definitely inspired! I need to figure out the braking issue first at a minimum though lol. Keep us posted on when you’re going to another meet, I’m also in TX so I’ll be making my way to RadWood next weekend 😎 By the way, are you active on the Corvette forum?

Radwood looked amazing, sad I missed it. C4s are getting up there in age, its always a treat to see them anymore. Im going to do some brake work in the near future so keep your eyes out for a video.

About how much time did it take to do the front bushings...i’m getting ready to do the same job on my 86

I was filming so that adds a ton of time, I think i was at the shop 8 hours that day.

watchin with my kids....
you will find chassis flex is a nothingburger as long as the targa top is attached securely. get to an autocross and per er through the paces! (with the targa on)

I got a '93. I would not recommend the c4 to someone who is not interested in doing mechanic work.

I read the service records that came with the car and the previous owner got raped. They paid for someone to type up bullshit that doesn't exist. That's a problem with shops today. They'll take your money for nothing.
