Dear Richard. Just want you to know that your amazing work, your knowledgeable insights, your crisp and humorous presentations, and your creative integrative ideas and thorough understanding of this material, have been monumentally life-changing for me. Followed your journey and your work for a few years now and I feel like you've walked alongside me until I was able to walk by myself. Honestly don't know how to thank you my friend. 🙏❤

Just discovered Richards programmes a few weeks ago. I wish he would do one to one or I could find a therapist with such deep understanding intellect and attitude. Maybe part of the breakthrough process is to do it myself? Get my power back. Though I'd appreciate some guidance, where to start. I can't spend hours just watching Richard's videos..... Your experience Odette is encouraging. You've been through a long journey 🤍

@@monikamona6844 Keep working on it Monika. Coming out the other side is refreshing and invigorating. You'll put boundaries in place you never thought possible. Richard's work is among the best I've found. I wish you well; build yourself and your strength.

Richard, I cannot thank you enough for creating this content and making it easily digestible to learn and implement. When I think of someone who is living with a true purpose, you are the epitome of that. I have made and continue to make lasting change in my life because of you and your videos. I feel you would tell me, it is not because of you, it is because of me choosing to do the emotional literacy work and the hand mnemonic, etc. haha, but truly Richard, I greatly appreciate you and what you have brought to my attention. I feel that I am having breakthroughs every time I listen to you and engage in the work. Thank you for being a catalyst for my healing. Be well.

Richard, would you please update the Playlist on your channel to include all the videos in the order they should be gone through?
I share your course regularly with people I know who are struggling. I’ve made my own playlist but I think that your general audience would benefit from a proper playlist on your channel.
Thanks for all your work, I’ve taught the hand mnemonic to myself, my girlfriend, and my three sons. It’s helping us find healthy boundaries in a variety of contexts.

IQ. if thinking about somthing from the past brings tears to your eyes even though you were not dwelling on it or upset at that point in the present (spontanious tears), is that a flashback or memory? sorry if this is not in context.......it was a distressing event and dont know where the tears are coming from

Richard - your videos on your main channel are tremendously valuable and bring an in-your-face awareness of narcissism, CPTSD and codependency. I haven't seen much discussion about dissociative disorders. On the spectrum of PTSD-CPTSD-DID, I lie just shy of DID. Specifically, OSDD (DSM V)/DDNOS (DSM IV). My therapy has been heavily focused on working with my "parts" (first appeared ~2014, currently 12). Without this aspect of my therapy, I do not think I would have got to where I am. (BTW, some of your videos were helpful in finally making leave my N wife 2 weeks before lock-down).

I found Richard Grannon after my faux relationship with an individual with NPD. undiagnosed but could be the Empathy Free poster boy for sadistic cruelty and abuse. I am free now and I'm feeling like I need a fortress Intervention to free my life from C-PTSD. I'm becoming very afraid that I'm not going to get well and I'm going to die like this. I feel like an emotional flashback of a flashback of a flashback.
Richard Grannon, I'm not giving up on the hope I can pull myself out. I'm going to the Fortress and trust your guidance. Your Videos were part of my freedom. I want to feel free too. Thank you for the inspiration to get healthy mentally, Richard!

Honestly growing up there was mental health issues but I see and hear it much more today than ever. Technology is separating us, keyboards can not replace human touch, live visual stimulation. We are not experiencing it enough anymore. We just don't seem to have enough time? Then we get lazy, it's easier to just stay at home and conserve that energy? We need to change this or depression is going to be out of control. I always make time for my family and friends, even when it might not be convenient because if you don't those relationships fall apart.
