Glad everyone is doing well especially Dino who by going to the deeper part of the pond when you came in is a good sign. I hope he continues to improve. The prarie dogs and Poppy especially makes my day. So cute. I love the longer videos. This one was kind of short. I know it's a balancing decision on how long to make the video but put me down for longer format videos every time of Bellowing Acres!!

He's lucky you got him after that injury. Edit to add - been missing the vlogs the last couple of days but I remind myself the two of you are doing the work of about eight people and the animals come first! Thank you for continuing to put out the videos as much as you can.

Hazel must get super excited when food comes, that screaming looks like it's a food motivated thing. She's quiet afterwards. The Mara's sound like Guinea pigs, what a cute sound! I love these daily videos!❤❤

I love the prairie dogs, especially Poppy 😊! And about the maras (is that the correct spelling?) - last year I was in the zoo in Hamburg (Germany) and one of those was just nonchalant sitting in the middle of the way! For a second I thought it got out, but no - a whole group of them runs freely through the zoo and all over are little houses for them, where the visitors are not allowed to go, so they chill. I like it when zoos are able to do that at least for some of the animals. Just like the emus in your sanctuary.

Greetings. From cold Northern Cape South Africa. Went down to 1 C degree last night. Had two old cats cuddling on my bed, and the two old bull terriers snoring in the study on their beds. I live alone so their company in winter is very welcome. Makes the place feel much more homely and cozy.

Spiders and snake at the end were a little unexpected.
Aren't you tempted to sometimes catch insects for your creatures? Sure I would be if they popped up on a wall right in front of me! Sure that the skunk would make short work of catching and gobbling up the bugs.

Every time I see the videos I wonder, are you ever going to be able to find another fennec fox to be in with jet???? I remember you said that you don't want to have to buy another one because they are so expensive but maybe one will be turned in for rescue. Hopefully. I keep thinking about how joyful he was when you brought the other one that time and then she left us poor baby. I still haven't caught up to the video about tadpoles newest environment. You really should date these on the screen put a date that is so that we will be able to tell them apart. I don't want to miss anything!:-) :-)

It's not the spiders that I find a problem. It's their webs.
Here next to the river on my smallholding they're everywhere.
Not an upper corner that doesn't require constant 🧹 cleaning. All the mosquitoes, midges, beetles and moths get stuck in there and it looks terrible.
Don’t forget Palmetto bugs. 😉 I’ve lived on the coast of NC and SC and they’re a problem there too.

@@jessiek3500 Palmetto bugs freak me out. You could probably put a saddle on one and ride it. My brother was terrified of spiders, even the small ones. It was so funny to see a 6 ft 4 inch 230 pound man running from a spider. 😂 But it wasn’t a spider that got him, but cancer. Bless him.

Pigs that are trained to sit…and I always wanted mini highland cows, now I have to add pigs that I can train. My husband hates animal tube.

I know those sounds, my pet domestic cavies communicated like that all the time.
Another sanctuary I've seen kept domestic cavies in the same enclosure as their maras, so cohabitation is definitely possible.
Curious if it might be considered to add some domestic cavies of your own to see if that works.
Can Chloe and her friends actually fly?

I hate spiders there way to fucked up. But the dogg walking right into it infront of the camera really iretates me, its so fucking typical for animals. Specially my cat, she's ether around my legs or ON them. I cant deal with that shit. And then the cat gets mad at me when i step on her so i tell her GET AWAY FROM MY FUCKING LEGS! And knows what makes me really mad.
