God damn that Dogs life ps2 intro still gets me. I have the same problem and while I haven’t had a solution to it, I have had a basic little home exercise routine where it’s just 50 Push ups, 50 sit ups and 50 squats for as many days as you can. It isn’t anything special but I do love how there’s many different ways to go about it. You can do as many as you can in one go, then swap to the other exercises and do them until you’re able to to finish off the rest of them. Or you can just do 10 reps of each exercise 5 times in any order you want. Doing those exercises might not do much but damn do you feel them the next day. It’s kinda nice to physically feel the ‘results’ the next day even if it’s a super broad workout. I initially started doing them as a way to try and get over the anxiety of exercising in a public place. Thinking that maybe it’s a fear of having people see me really fucking struggle. I don’t know if that’s what it is and I still haven’t gone to a gym but I like to think what I do has had a positive impact on myself. Sorry about that. Shoutout to 2024 and 2025
