Yezdi is more peppy, But not to be compared with Himalayan. Himalayan is adventure tourer, it has plus suspension and luggage carrying capacity. For aggressive riding and cornering, yezdi is better. Quality is not excellent but acceptable

Yes, it’s stiff. Particularly the rear one. You can adjust to make it soft but by doing so you will also sacrifice little of the ground clearance

Seat height is 800 mm, it’s manageable for height 5’5

Iam 5.4 to 5.5 in height. I own a perak and now a yezdi scrambler too. You will have to use your toes to just move your bike when idle that's it.Other than that i ride the beast like other bikes.Take a test drive and decide before you buy anything else.

I sold it after 3 months. Rode it for 3 months, only 1st service done. Mileage I got was approx 30 kmpl

Fan noise is there but to me it's not very bothersome. Also, engine heats up and heat is felt more on right foot. But if you wear jeans and ankle length boots it will be bearable.
