Thank you for this post. I’m humbled. I thought I knew already all about baking chiffon cake. I’ve baked chiffon cake for so many years. I do water bath in baking custard chiffon cake. But I never done than it in my regular chiffon cake. I can see that yours is spongy soft. To me, the 2 things that I learned from you that would level my cake is to put around the inside of the of the pan with parchment paper that is higher than the pan so there’s room for the meringue batter to rise. Number 2 is the water bath which I think would regulate the temperature that is not too hot and would give the batter enough time to rise to its maximum high. The other thing is the liquid added to the batter is 1 1/2 cup ! It’s kind of watery but I’ll try it. Thank you again. I’m inspired and excited to change my recipe and procedure. Subscribed!🌸🌸

I tried your recipe poh and turned out good. Yun nga lng ang baking pan ko na ginamit is di magandang quality medyo burnt ang sa ilalim. But masarap ksi di masyado matamis. Perfect lagyan ng frosting
3-5 days depende sa lugar n pinglagyan mo. yung temperature dapat wag sa ref titigas lalong wag sa mainit mg kaka amag. dapat Sankto yung temperature normal temp ganun.
Trivia lang po: chiffon cake does not necessarily need oil in the bottom of the pan nor any paper lining. Chiffon cake will detach from the pan edges naturally.. But to be sure do it if you like oiling or parchment paper, kung saan ka masaya! 😂
