FJ1200 Repairing the Fuel Pump

The most common reason for failure is the contact points inside are worn out. Its far cheaper to replace the points than to buy a new fuel pump.
Here's how I did mine.

When my fuel pump broke I just connected to to hose's together by passing the pump and carried on riding. Till the new pump arrived in the post

Great information. Do you recall what the Mitsubishi part number was for that used pump?
