Loved the tour, a lot of good stuff going on there. I'm glad your store is up I'll have to get some amendments. Also I think we would all love to see the new cool shed build process when you get around to it. Also I think a video on building those produce crates and shelves would do well. Anyway, I'm glad God has blessed your harvest and I'll pray that you continue to feel better. Thank you!
Great to see you back! Hope you’re feeling well now,we missed you:) those peppers look great! Here in western WA mine have been struggling a bit to ripen, but they’ve been coming on finally. We’ve been busy also preserving all the garden goodies to get us through the winter. Keep on going,God bless🙏❤️
I stumbled across this video and I am so jealous of your productivity. I will go through your past videos to learn how to help my soil to be as productive. Thank you for sharing!😁👍
Glad to see you're better. I know I got really weak with it over 1yr. ago. Been praying for you anyway knowing how busy you've been as well. Be well..🌄
Thank you for sharing your garden. Love the HUGE beet. I have never seen one that large. Leaf minors got in my beets this year so next year I will use the cloth and wire arches. Glad you all are healthy and doing better. Blessing to you all.
When you build your new food storage shed could you do a deatailed video on the mechanics of it ? What type of heating do you use when its cold outside ? John S
WOW! Wonderful video...very inspiring. Would you consider a video of how to make the crates? I realize you would not get as many sales when you start to sell them, but it would be very helpful. Thank you again and glad you are all feeling better. God bless.
Thank you for the great tour. I've been praying for the family. I had to come back and ask for some instructions in prepping the soil for garlic. Would love to know how you do it. Thank you
Glad your doing better. Things are looking good. I did similar horizontal trellis with cattel panels cut to 30 inches wide peppers grew incredibly. Will need a couple extra levels next season though. I would be interested in plan f or your dehydrator if available. John S
I enjoyed that! I love the Christian bit at the end!!! I’m glad you got over your illness! The garden looks great, serious food production! I’ll take a wild guess that you don’t ship to Canada.
Thanks for your new store, just went register. I do have a question, I see all the individual amendments listed, do you have a complete bag mix ? Something like you did for the tomatoes video where you spread 1-cup of each amendment.
At 21:06, The netting holding the Honeydew on the trellis, looks like it has a patterned sewn top on them, do you make them, or buy them like that? I'd love to know how to make those! Also would love to see a video of how you trellis, support, fertilize and prune your raspberry plants.
@@GardeningHomesteadingWoodwork I'd love to see that or see them being sewn, it's things like that, and your dehydrator, that makes your channel even more amazing than it already is :) I love your cooling shed!
@GardeningHomesteadingWoodwork as much as you can, and please mention how long food will last in the way you preserve it (ie: freezing, canning, drying, etc). Also show us a picture of your pantry, would like to see how you organize it, thanks!
Sorry to hear Covid hit you I know what it does to one’s energy level. Good to see your back but please don’t overdo things for a while. Good luck with the online store.
Dan seems like a great guy! 👍 What is the fabric covering the beets in your experiment? That gigantic one is amazing! Great tour of the garden and the cow! Glad you are all doing well now! 🙏🌟👍
Thank you so much! That’s what I thought I heard you say, but I wanted to make certain! I’ll be buying from your website soon! And just thank you for sharing! 🌟👍🙏
What kind of cucumbers did you plant, mine grew small with only 1 cucumber. Very poor. I fertilized too! I think my cucumbers were muncher kind. I like the small ones! Nancy from Nebraska
I want to thank you for noting that the website link was missing from the video description. I added it. Originally it was included, but was left out in a subsequent edit. Thanks!
Question regarding your Tomato plants, I have heard your supposed to rotate your tomato plant location and not grow them in the same place year after year to prevent disease. With your trellis system it appears you grow tomatoes there every year? Any insight on this topic would help Thank you
Nature doesn't rotate her crops/plants and neither do I, if you think about it it makes perfect sense. The plant pulls all its needed nutrients out of the soil and then dies and deposits most of them back into the same soil, so as long as you have healthy biology in your soil and aren't tilling or adding inorganic materials/ fertilizer there's no need to rotate your crops. Hope this is helpful and hope you have a blessed day!
@@GardeningHomesteadingWoodwork Thank you for the follow up, and great advice, I do till my garden but since watching your videos I am really wanting to do a no till garden this year. But I always stay away from manufactured fertilizers and use only organics and grind in my yard clippings and leaves from the trees as additional organics as they breakdown along with worm castings, Chicken fertilizer and bone meals, I do add fish discards to my soil anytime I fish and have the leftovers to bury in the soil. I will say using your methods for my tomatoes last year I had zero blossom rot. One of the best years for my tomatoes . Thanks again for everything you share it's been so helpful. If you ever consider sharing more ideas I would love to see videos on how you build your dryers, Seen your set up but I would love to see how you build those in a tutorial if possible.
We're sorry you're having a problem with your order! Thank you for letting us know the exact problem you're experiencing. When the problem is resolved, I'll post here again letting you know. 😊

Thank you! May God bless you!

Yeah I would like to do that. We just use small little electric space heater that has a thermostat control

Glad to see you guys back at it!
Nice to be back with you all!
Curious whats the longest you've had a melon last in your refridgerator @GardeningHomesteadingWoodwork

Great idea! Cattle panels are not flexible and might be harder to work/harvest around. Not sure if I'll make some plans for the dehydrator.
Great tour. Cheers guys.
Glad you enjoyed it!

We could ship seeds to Canada, but not the supplements as of this moment.
Beautiful garden!
Thank you!
Glad to see you back!
Please make a video of building your dehydrator.

Glad you all are feeling better!!! Any chance you could show your homemade chicken feed????

That is simply cloth sewn at the top of a "U" shaped piece/strip of shade netting. Works great!
@@GardeningHomesteadingWoodwork I'd love to see that or see them being sewn, it's things like that, and your dehydrator, that makes your channel even more amazing than it already is :) I love your cooling shed!

Could you do a video explaining the information required to install a solar pump?
What kind of solar pump are you referring to?
Dan seems like a great guy! 👍 What is the fabric covering the beets in your experiment? That gigantic one is amazing! Great tour of the garden and the cow! Glad you are all doing well now! 🙏🌟👍
It’s an insect netting. We use it over our beets every year and it works wonders!!! Luscious Beet Greens!!
Thank you! 🤘
The fabric is row cover which is much cheaper than insect netting!
Thank you so much! That’s what I thought I heard you say, but I wanted to make certain! I’ll be buying from your website soon! And just thank you for sharing! 🌟👍🙏
Do you add any winter protection for the figs?
Garden looks great, where did you get those shorts you are wearing? Looks like get garden shorts.
They are the Snickers brand from Europe.
Did I hear you use a home produce dryer that you made. If so I would be interested in see a video on how you did that
Maybe a video of that in the winter would be a good time... :-)
Does the OrganiX Ultimate Potting Soil Mix contain dairy compost? It’s listed under description as containing it but not under ingredients
Will you have soil just for blueberries and strawberries along with fertilizer in your store later
We probably will do that in the future.
What kind of cucumbers did you plant, mine grew small with only 1 cucumber. Very poor. I fertilized too! I think my cucumbers were muncher kind. I like the small ones! Nancy from Nebraska
Hi there, we tried to get to your website but it’s not coming up. Perhaps a link in the show notes would be helpful?
Working for me. sutherlandorganix.com

How did dad make the wash table?
Made it out of pine boards and 1/2" hardware cloth. Pretty simple design.

Yes Butch the BULL is our only beef we have😁
Yall seriously have the most important skillset: growing, carpentry, mechanical skills, and preserving
Nice ppl
I couldn’t get the link to work?
Maybe try it again, it's working on our end.
Mangel beet?
No,just a regular giant beetroot, have a blessed day!
Do you pickle your cucumbers
