I have close to similar specs i think your processor is bottlenecking With those specs make sure ur playing GPU intensive games not cpu intensive. Online games such as valorant, PUBG are cpu intensive whereas story games are more GPU demanding
Yes, I have the same specs only have an SSD and the 3570k running at 4.2ghz, you can clone your drive to an SSD for free and get a huge increase in overall performance.
Why don't you provide the GPU you're using information, or am I missing it somehow?Plus, you test K version CPU's and don't say if they've been overclocked or not. This basic information would be very helpful. Thanks

I7 4790 is a powerful cpu, it's lasted more than 8 years and still going strong.

Bro I currently have an i5 3570 and rx 570, which processor should I upgrade to so my rx 570 is not bottlenecked
the I7-3770k is about as good as you can get unless you want to get new Motherboard and Ram at that point you might as well get a new PC
First upgrade to i7 3770. Or if Possible then i7 3770K.
You don't need 'K' CPU if you don't go with overclocking CPU.

Also your power supply is insufficient for an Rx 580 because that GPU is power hungry I think you will need a better PSU
