That part had me laughing uncontrollably for about 5 straight minutes. The warped logic of it really got to me.
There was an actual Rolls-Royce Phantom released in 1929, an appropriate year for this game. Rolls-Royce had also released cars with suicide doors as early as 1910 (the 1910 RR Silver Ghost) However, I cannot provide explanations for the motorcycle-styled revving or alcohol-fueled tailpipe.
Was thinking the same thing. "Never heard of this before", yet it's entirely period accurate. 😆
Suicide doors are doors that open at the front, instead of rear. So the opposite of normal car doors. The doors she describes are gullwing doors. *Edit* After watching the next 5 or so minutes, I realize how pointless me pointing out that difference is, seeing how this car appears to have motorbike steering. That must be a difference in semantics between the car and car/motorcycle hybrid communities. In the car/motorcycle community all doors are suicide doors, as the death rates are just that high for passengers.

Honestly the whole game felt like Jon was the only character(/player) effected by physics 🤣
Teigan woke up and chose chaos, and Laurie just decided, "I'll allow it". 😅

Absolute masterpiece. The characters playing so well off of each other, with Tegan and Dom going mad in the front while Jon and Tilly frantically try to control things in the background. The Lord Cuckington bit had me wheezing I was laughing so hard.
It's awesome to see and learn some new game systems with new styles and settings. I like seeing a game setting that plays into the more comedic aspects rather than shy away from them.

I feel like this is just a retelling where everybody is skeptical of the events and Teagan's character, the main storyteller, just keeps yelling "NO, it's real"...
"Mobile Closet" shows us roughly around when this was recorded. Dom is still attached to that idea.

Right?? I was so excited and he was even more brilliant than I thought he would be! I really hope he becomes a regular on CN, I want to see him in a less chaotic game so he gets a chance to settle in to a character (and also to watch him unravel across the multiverse of TTRPGs, but mostly the first thing).

Jon was peak support character here, exactly where and how you need him and you only notice it when he's not there to help.

I followed Tom Clark here and i have decided to stay. This is awesome and i absolutely love the long form episodes as i love having something to listen to while i work.

I can confirm that in polish, Dom's character's surname would be pronounced exactly that. I am unaware, however, why the hell did he say that at all lolol
I think Dom was channeling Sully the whole game and he is known for making footnote remarks for random things - usually does it for historical facts, but a weird linguistic sidetrack is up his alley. Really shows how well Dom knows him.

I think it is QUOTA and QUOTER. since the accent makes them sound alike, but written out it is clearly different.
