This game has more playable 'characters' than any other fighting game, more than Smash Ultimate, Tekken, Street Fighter, and Ultima Fighters combined. Its got an insane roster, and its really fun, so many play styles its crazy

That's like saying you have a game full of jin & kazuya
But all their moveset are spread out to one move a character & they all shares karate dude hitbox & mostly reskinned version of the original
At least EXVSMBON have depth, even that is pretty shallow compared to most fighting game
@@somechinesedude5466 I dont mean like lvl 1 Gm, lvl 2 Gm, ect. The Zaku 2 can different from the Zaku 2 FS, or the Zaku 2 S type, and it all depends on how a player builds them. Sure, you only see a handfull of units, but thats the case with any fighting game. Theres always a meta
Gouf Custom may not be the "best" Raid, but man, it's sure fun.
I still main this unit because people underestimate its chip damage potential. Most people who dropped this for Gundam types really don’t know how to use it effectively so they sleep on it, but I find lots of fun combos to pull on people and they never expect you to be so competent at locking them with the heat wire. Trust it, lead with it when you expect them to dodge roll, it gets lots of quality staggers and kills that way. Even at 550 the damage gets stupid. A dodge roll would be really nice but I don’t think it needs one, it’s already effective.
A four legged gouf that looks like a centaur... That would be terrifying

The Gouf Custom deserves a dodge roll and maybe some other skills to help it become more viable. a nice 50m range boost to its gatling would be nice also. I also hate that wind up that more heat wire weapons have, why are you raising the arm of your MS in the opposite direction to just throw it back towards your target? Just leave your arm pointed at the target and let the wire go. That lil wind up doesnt seem like it should affect hitting someone and yet its what causes the attack to miss 70% of the time. They should really rework that about wire weapons but I doubt they ever will.
I would love video just tips for playing the game. Tbh I learned a lot just by watching you play!
I re-enforce the legs on Gouf Custom, but it's a good solid raid when fully upgraded.
A surprise for sure. But a welcome one.
This is one of those suits once again where I like it but I’m not great with it. This suit requires you’d be able to switch between mid range shooting in close range fighting in an instant, something of which I’m not great at. When I pick something I try fighting just one way for the most part and have a hard time transitioning fighting styles on the fly.
i really wish matches had a little bit more time. sometimes its a problem getting into matches. not always tho. i hope they add game modes or something thats like 10-12 mins. so much we had a chance to bring it back but didnt have another minute.
I wont lie, on some suits I wish there was a way to lower turn speed for aiming.
For the gouf it really isn’t a up close fighter. It’s more a “pokey support” raid that also has rush down. Early in matches and when enemy team is in formation it’s best to sit back and just spray with gattling gun until an enemy general finally drops or until they are all poked low so you can then isolate the support. Once in his heat rod melee combo is great and does good dmg but it’s a long combo and you can deleted when surrounded in this thing

is Chars or Johnny Riddens Zakus a special MS to unlock or people just paint a normal Zaku 2 to role play as them?
there’s me in the high mobility zaku! Was wondering if this round will come up, it was a pretty decent ace match.
they gotta give himo zaku some balancer, I know it’s a one star and all that but a 400 general without balancer really makes you feel like a npc in code fairy.

the ideal for a Gouf Custom and Gouf VD is close range, i do a good combo with them, i use the other wrist gun for quick stun, then follow up with the rod at close range, otherwise it is a guarantee miss because by the time the rod reach your target at mid to long range he either dodge out or tackle, i do 3 melee hits and follow up with the gatlin gun, their HP would be waaaaaaayyy low by the time you do that combo on a support or General. i cringe hard when people do down swing then rod, thats not enough damage, its a waste of a good heavy stagger, i rather stun then heavy stagger for additional damage, thats a guarantee kill once you catch them again with the same combo, you wouldnt even finish the combo due to how low you left them on your first combo (done it so many times so I know what im doing)
I use same combo but after they are downed I use the 4 barrel machine to shred the legs of generals, supports a big down swing after they are toppled usually kills. But because of suits low ballistic resists >350 you can usually shred their legs making them immobile pretty quickly after this combo.

Kinda good at 350. The stun rate on the gatling and the range makes this hard at higher levels.
at level 5 550. the gouf custom becomes a monster its best at level1 and 5

Yeah it works oddly well at 550 but it might be best to use it on Ruined City and tail an ally.
A lot of older Suits get more effective at 550 because that's when the ballistic defense on newer MS starts to drop off in favor of beam defense.
i can never hit the whips on this gouf custom. i can only hit with the normal gouf whip
Edit: i think the only game that had more MS than this is SDGO waaay back when

Why don't you ever emergency escape.? I don't understand. You can take points. You can plant a bomb. Idk anything is better than giving up the 25 points for death. Idk every point or point negated counts.
1. No bomb planting in ace match
2. You waste time flying to and from the beacon, in the worst case scenario, after you summon your suit and you're flying to it, someone kills you and your empty suit just sits there in the middle of the battlefield

Im so used to seeing gattling auto-cannons; especially heavy ones just rip through armor in short bursts.
It's so sad and funny to watch this gun basically just chip paint off. Why is the gundam universe so ignorant?
