- As far as as I'm aware, these discs were specially sold retail for the cheap price of $4.99 and served as a preview for Playstation Underground itself. (they also might've been included as a bonus disc in special edition games?)

You would have been called INSANE, if you were to tell people that Dynasty Warriors would be one of the longest lasting franchises of all the games included on here.
14:14 I remember this game from my childhood and I’ve watched dozens of these PS1 sample disc videos to try and jog my memory 😂 I remember playing Tiny Tank as a small child and having no idea what the heck I was doing 😂 The Buzz Lightyear game was fun too - my parents bought the full game for me after I played it obsessively on the sample disc. Oh the nostalgia 🤩

2:40 1 of the absolute earliest memories of ps1 as a child even tho he skipped all the best parts, my fav demo period.
This demo made me buy Duke Nuke Time To Kill, Jersey Devil and Tomba!..still have all 3 with both megaman legends n a buncha my other favs.
finally I found the games that been living in my head rent-free for almost 20yrs!! I used to own PlayStation Underground Jampack (Summer '98) it was the best one. good 'ol times!!!

Jesus, this was less of a menu walkthrough and more of a menu speedrun. Couldn't see anything that was in them because of how ridiculously fast you were scrolling through everything.
The second menu song has stuck with me for 20+ years lol good times.

The one starting at 21:09 is the one I had as a kid lol played mostly the Spider-Man and crash bandicoot party game
This one is specifically from winter 2000 I currently own a complete copy of it to this day

I still own the very last installment that has Spider-Man 2 demo in it, yes I also still have the case too!. It was my 2nd PS1 disc/game I owned
