Google’s latest Chromebook Plus update brings the power of its Gemini AI directly to your browser. Dubbed “Help me write”, this feature lets you generate AI copy anywhere you need to input text.

Similar to ChatGPT or CoPilot, "Help me write" allows you to submit prompts with a simple right-click, eliminating the need to copy and paste.
You can use it to write tweets, craft emails, write social media posts or generate TH-cam comments. You can then rephrase, expand and formalise the results. It even gives you a fun option to “Emojify” the text.
Oddly, “Help me write” doesn’t appear to work in Google Docs yet, but it seemed to work in most of the other places we tried it, including the Chrome OS text editor, where we generated some simple HTML code and a cheeky limerick about the new Chromebook Plus AI features.
