Ever have it when you are at the spirit tree or any of the really good music and you actually FEEL like you are there running, attacking, fleeing, standing there by ori? Just you and ori, standing there, facing the dark in the eye and never flinching, determined to continue no matter how much you fall down, are pierced by your guilt, you always have each other to back one another up and stand back up again. The music really helps with this and basically makes me feel like ori is right by me... telling me that I am alright, and I have a power inside of me to do the right thing and have the strength to ward the evil away... giving me guidance every step of the way and being my friend forever no matter what... I don't know why I'm drifting off in this, must be because this music is drifting me to a mindset of pure determination and hope, that we can change anything if we try.
Just bring ori to smash and I'll be maining ori for the rest of my days, listening to this music and playing the blind forest forever, like it is no tomorrow. That I know that ori is waiting there for me to continue on and break the curse on the forest, encouraging me that I can do anything.
Ori is one of the being I wish was real. I just want to give him hugs and share big long walks doing parkour (if only I was able to) through the forest and the hills

The ruins escape wasn't that hard when compared to the Ginso Tree escape in my opinion. Perhaps it was the additional amount of time having played the game and how I had gotten more used to the abilities at my disposal though.
even though i figured out the wind straight away, i died a lot to the point of raging. the music we are currently commenting on was literally the only thing keeping the rage from turning into a ragequit.

I remember when I first did this. I died to it like 8-9 times, more then the Ginso Tree. Now I find it one of the easiest parts in the entire game... Heh.
it took me about half a minute to figure out what to do for this escape, and because of those fucking icicles, once i reached that checkpoint i only had 1 hp left, so i had to no-hit my way through the rest of it. god that was stressful.
All the escape segments have that exact same, melody? hard to describe but all of them have the same melody somewhere in them, whether it's a minute ranging to the entire song
I finished the game yesterday and I don't have words to describe it.... it's just amazing. Those graphics and the history... My favourite part was to escape from the ruins, from the water...
