Hey Coinhelpsme :) I can't find a listing for an error I stumbled across all except one post from a long time ago showing the same doubling from cointalk forums. That is a lot of criteria to meet for this penny and fun to search for. It does clear up the difference between all date types and weights. Thanks for sharing.
Love your clarity-So I just heard that an 82 d small date zinc could have ddr and also a tilted memorial , none have been sold but 1 has been found, and the amount it could be worth is around 3000. 00 so I can't find anyone talking about these but I also have one with such features and possible d/d all on one coin. I'm gonna try and get some very good pics of this one and I will send them to you if I can. Again thank you for your trademark clarity, it's a blessing to us untrained subjects out here. The small date D 82 Lincoln cent is what got me into coin roll hunting. I bought 4 boxes to go though and found the 7 you highlighted, but not the illusive D small date copper coin. I did find some that might grade out if the grader has had his correct amount of coffee and doughnuts, and no traffic issues on the way into work, and they aren’t behind on any of their bills, etc. LOL The whole grading thing needs to be way more objective than I’m hearing it is.
By the way Mr. Daniel Sir, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for all the information you've provided me with this year, you've been a great help buddy. I'm stoked for your channel. It's the only channel that shows and explains that there's several types of '82 Lincoln memorial cents. Because of your videos I purchased a scale yesterday. So, what should I do with the 1982 small date 3.1g. Lincoln Memorial Cent that I just weighed... ??? I've been in the hunt this past eight weeks and with only 10 penny rolls (almost grabbed my first box of pennies @ the bank, but the teller said they'll be new pennies and I didn't want it) and some pocket change that has given me an unbelievable discovery of rare pennies !!! The '82 I'm mentioning now was from one of the two customer rolls @ the bank. However, after I accepted the penny rolls the teller offered me a roll of the Washington Crossing The Delaware & I said sure why not. I'll go to my stockpile of pennies and grab the other '82 I've seen before. Mahalo and Aloha, Joey 🦘🌵🏄🎨🤙🇺🇸
