    I have several 1951 1952 and 1953 proof sets it's the whenever I can buy them at a good price I'm all over it especially in that original government packaging it's the perfect category for me because they're not super rare that they're wicked expensive but also not so common that they're easy to find finding cameos aren't as easy as one would think

    That’s exactly my point that I had made in money your other videos is they’re not consistent with the grading to make sense of what they’re doing in this 92,002 S clearly looks like the better Coin to me than the other one so I don’t understand it that’s why I said in one of your videos that they need to come up with something that’s more details and how the grading the Coins so when we send these things and we have a better idea because it seems to me it’s like shooting the lottery it shouldn’t be like that if they’re going to grade it under a system and that’s just my thought on that I love the video so great points that you make thank you

    get 64 dimes at spot and look for doubled reverse if the dealer will let you pick through then you still have silver and maybe a double.they are more common then people think and there are other easy ones like early quarters like i think 41 and 43 washingtons.many others at spot silver price,but for obvious reasons the newer ones are in higher grades.

    When I was young back in the 60's my great grandmother lived with my grandfather and her father collected coins back in the 1700's thru 1800's and it was a massive collection, gold, silver and and even Confederate currency as well as European currency from the colonial era and everything in between, she died at 101 years old in 1970 and I wound up with almost all of it, I have most of this collection still today, it is actually priceless and depending who appraises the value is vastly different from different person to person. I could easily get well over 7 figures for it, I saw a video you made earlier about passing down a collection like I'm talking about and it changed my opinion, I'll probably sell it off and pass down the money instead of the actual collection, I'd rather see it go to a real collector than someone that don't understand what it really is and the history of it,

      You're right I have some very serious collectible Hobbies I always wanted to pass them down but I decided no one knows the value of the collection better than the collector. So you being The Collector if no one's really interested in it sell it you control the value but also keep in mind I keep the top five pieces of every collection for my children. They have not been physically handled yet. What should I do? Should I keep them for the next ten years, or should I go through them and get them to be sold? And what should I look for to know that a coin is a proof coin in Shield Reverse coin?

    Other than the obvious places where do you suggest picking up a grab bag of mint cellos for the wheats?
    Also what's the final value difference on an Anacs VS PCGS or NGC? How much do you lose grading with Anacs VS the others?

    • @CoinHELPu

      I don't know where you can buy cents in cello other than ebay or a dealer. Also ANACS graded coins tend to go for the a grade less or so in value.

    In addition to your advice here, how about the following, for coins you're considering to submit... first submit all coins at a reputable but lower cost grader like ANACS. Then those which have a book price of $200+ or more with NGC or PCGS in the ANACS grade or better, to break them out of the ANACS case & resubmit with either NGC or PCGS???

    • @CoinHELPu
      @CoinHELPu  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I know some think that way but honestly there's just no way to know if there's a crossover. I think it would be better to buy common examples for the grades you're looking for then use those to help you grade before submitting.

    Daniel, I love your videos! Thank you! Can you do a video showing the differences of cameo vs deep cameo on Lincoln proofs? I know in theory and looks the difference.... but it’s hard to actually designate it I feel. For instance you looked at this 57 proof and immediately said “it’s not cameo”... I guess I have trouble just recognizing that or designated what makes a cent proof regular vs cameo vs deep cameo.

    • @CoinHELPu
      @CoinHELPu  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you look at the 57 and then compare it to the 1964 in this video, then you can see a little on what I am talking about. I will try to do that video. It would be a good one. Thanks for watching!

      They were removed but you must buy the coins and not what package they're in.

    I have a 1969 "S" Mint Mark Penny; The Obverse looks to be Doubled Die. Should I send it off for grading? And which Grading Company would you recommend? Thank You.

    I Have Some High Grade Indian Cents In A Dansco Album , I Store These Standing Up Instead Of Laying Flat . I Saw Another Video Where A Dealer Was Describing Some Coins On E-Bay . He Would Look At Different Postings And Say , That One If Fake , Or That One Was Cleaned And Then He Said That One Was In An Album ? How Could he Know This Or Should I Be Worried Storing Them This Way ?
    I Value Your Opinion

      You can tell sometimes. Just edge toning or how it tones. Cardboard against a coin will cause some toning.

    Are the S mint mark coins notorious for being the S being up in the date above the bottom of the nine or are they supposed to be completely blow the whole day

    • @CoinHELPu
      @CoinHELPu  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It is common since the mint mark was hand punched.

    I have a question that I’d like you to answer and address the possibilities of: How many coins might be graded that have Varieties that were not discovered because Variety Attribution was not requested and paid for by an unknowing submitter? And therefore many varieties may never be discovered because they’ve already been slabbed as regular coins.

    Hey Daniel why is anacs considered the third tier of the three grading companies when they were the first to start grading?

    • @CoinHELPu
      @CoinHELPu  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Being first doesn't mean anything but they wasn't first in grading just first to authenticate and holder coins in a flat pack. Marketing is the answer to that.,
