firstly great video. love story breakdowns like this, immediately liked and subbed i love how babel events cinematography is made since you are the doctor YOU need to push the big red button saying to disable the defenses, and on the stage itself YOU the doctor is looking in the security cameras namedly "eyes of priestess" and since you see the camera feeds its YOU who closes the other door to the blue zone guiding the 13! assassins the same number of units that YOU the doctor are allowed to bring into a stage, 12 units plus borrow a support unit from a friend. not to mention all the visual details of the menu, of that glass effect shattering but if you notice the shape of the origin of that crack is the sanity brain image. the babel logo getting ripped revealing the rhodes island logo beneath, the timeline changing colors, the map menu with the heartbeat getting weaker and so much more people tend to forget doctor and kaltsit is not from terra, and as shown in lone trail and told by preserver there is a barrier around the world made by the doctors people, i think thats part of the doctors plan to keep the originium from signaling outwards but also shown in amiyas module that team oracle is looking for ways to try and save their people. and by chapter 14 we now know what originium is truly capable of. now from concept trailer 4, there are theories that signal was found. also p.s. theres a shot of rhodes island smashing into a tower of babel in the arknights endfield trailer *wink
Thanks for your comment! I really appreciate your engagement. Babel's writing in terms of perspective is extremely good. I really like how they keep Doctor and you separate almost till the very end, but then YOU take the reins for their best and worst moment - the best is when you choose the dialogue boxes to ask Kal'tsit: "What's the meaning of her life?", and the worst is of course BB-9. The imagery you pointed out is also really striking, yes, and it adds so much to integrate story and gameplay. I think M8-8 is the only other story stage which moved me this much. There's a hint that maybe Doctor is actually being manipulated by a personality installed in them by outside (check out the ARG3 lore on the AK wiki), which might explain the meta aspect of us as players controlling some of their actions. I'm really looking forward to the story arc teased by PV-4 because yes, it might finally go concretely into the roots of Terra, Doctor's people, and Priestess. I really do hope that the barrier around Terra meant that Doctor had the Terran's best interests at heart when they first arrived there, but let's see. If you like to discuss such lore, I would recommend the YT channel Jacob Moreau. He voice acts all stories that come through, and often stops to discuss his lore ideas. The comments section is also a nice trove of discussions and theorycrafting. I think I should rewatch the Endfield trailer lmao, lot of things seem to make sense that people have started pointing out. Thanks for your comment again!
Btw, at 5:05, you say the Observers were the ones sent with Originium. But the Observers are the immutable threat which the Precursors made Originium *for* (or at least, that's how the EN community refers to these parties). Just to clear that up so discussion in places like the Arknights reddit makes more sense to you in the future, because I like the video and would love to see more.

Playing the entirety of BB-9 is criminal, you had me crying again and I thought I already recovered
this is exactly what I subbed for

I stand corrected, thanks for pointing it out!
