Yeah I was confused about that room by room thing when I first saw it. Mostly because I started playing Sims with the first Sims and yeah that just was weird I still have some difficulty with Sims 4 and building houses because doesn't have any similarities to the original sims.

I don't even want to *know* how many hours I've spent on Sims games over the last couple decades. Seriously, I don't want to know. lol it would be depressing.
Funny story: My brother and his friend once built a house in Sims 2 Pets for the Wii. They had beds, a fridge, toilet, shower, couch, TV, anything you'd need. Except walls. They literally only put up walls for the telephone and other objects that required a wall, but no more than that. Just imagine an entire house's worth of furniture and stuff, but no walls. It all just stands around in the yard.
The house without walls and roof will gone with the wind if you have the weather pack 😂 the storm will break your stuffs out and even you die at the lightning strike on your head.
As an avid sims user, the house building drove me crazy but the doctor stuff made my day. Now he understands the frustration of negligent sims 😂 also all the diseases are made up and it’s obviously very simplified but once you get promoted enough, you get to do a lot more things with patients and actually have to put the symptoms together in order to cure the right illness. Your sim can get fired if you mess up enough.

As an avid Sims player, and new Doctor Mike subscriber, this was amazing! Yes, it was a little painful, but I laughed more than I cringed, so that's a win for me. And no, Sims don't respect professional boundaries... or any boundaries.😂
You know, I love watching videos of professionals in their fields reacting to the ways those fields are depicted and portrayed in video games. Cops for Donut Operator, or a gunsmith like Brandon Herrera, or, obviously, the medical field like Mike. It's always so interesting.
My sim's schedule is so messed up. They just take care of whatever needs taking care of at any time of the day. If its 3 pm and they're tired I'm having them go to bed and wake up at 9pm to take a shower Its the life of a sim 😂

“He woke up at 5 am to take a bubble bath. What is he, a psychopath?” Well, he lives in a series of roofless huts in the middle of nowhere, so... Also, we don’t disrespect Mortimer. ✋🏽😏 The literal godfather of all Sims.
tbh if i had the get to work expansion and my sim had a cute patient i am getting my sim to date that patient once they better sims is not like real life
When I started watching it I thought "I didn't know Dr. Mike played the Sims!" Then he started building room by room and I realized he actually has never played. Also the fact he doesn't know Mortimer Goth gave it away big time. Funny and cute watching him play.
Everytime I watch someone play a video game I love, I'm literally like "Shush stop talking and read the directions", which every game provides in the about the same spot. However there's less of an excuse to this game because you can pause time and look around your notifications.

Also there are preset houses in the the other worlds. And if you open your My Galery > Maxis there are other houses that you can drop and build

His house is in detached pieces😂

“He woke up at 5 am to take a bubble bath. What is he, a psychopath?”
Well, he lives in a series of roofless huts in the middle of nowhere, so...
Also, we don’t disrespect Mortimer. ✋🏽😏 The literal godfather of all Sims.
Godfather?? Like in parent terms or mafia terms? (Wait wasn’t the Godfather movie about the parent term? Ahh)
That is correct. Do not disrespect the Goth family.
IM WHEEZING HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA OH MY GOOOD
when you dont realise that the Sims rooms thingies come with flat roofs but u cant see them
I know I'm late to the game but his reaction when he realized the character didn't have matching scrubs on absolutely kills me!
Mike: Did he just say “nice arms”?
Me, an old sims player: Did he just say stuff that made sense???
mike is a natural simlish
Right!!
when
IKR??? I think it was a total coincidence but like? How
He understand simlish
One sad thing for Dr Mike about this game is it doesn't have chest compressions
“MY MAN DOESN’T HAVE MATCHING SCRUBS ON!
WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!”😂😂
Oh my gosh thank you so much for the heart Dr. Mike! I love watching your videos. Keep up the great work!
*has his rooms seperated*
He was so triggered by that. XD
3:50 it’s not about being a doctor it’s about drive it’s about power we stay hungry we devour
“We do not romance our patients” All of us: *visibly let down*
tbh if i had the get to work expansion and my sim had a cute patient i am getting my sim to date that patient once they better sims is not like real life
Chrissa Todd she was talking about Dr. Mike. He’s hot-
When I started watching it I thought "I didn't know Dr. Mike played the Sims!" Then he started building room by room and I realized he actually has never played. Also the fact he doesn't know Mortimer Goth gave it away big time. Funny and cute watching him play.
:3
😂I promise you, the only game this man has played or WILL ever play is solitaire/minesweeper.
This attempt is just for ad rev/content.
@@snickle1980 Did you end up here via his 17th painful doctor memes too?
@@DeathnoteBB If this disaster of a house was mentioned, yes. 😁
@@snickle1980 It was! That’s how I got here lol. I was prepared for the house, but not for the zoom out
"I didn't know what to do"
IT LITERALLY TELLS YOU IN THE TOP CORNER, I -
Everytime I watch someone play a video game I love, I'm literally like "Shush stop talking and read the directions", which every game provides in the about the same spot. However there's less of an excuse to this game because you can pause time and look around your notifications.
I was saying this in my head. Like it is literally right in front of you!
Sage Moonlight I KNOW I-
this is literally how i built my first "house" in the sims 💀
