even just plants in the sims take a lot of work and need constant attention. Summerlie is a girl boss for taking care of all that!
Faelyn is the cutest baby ever! And Summerlie has a lot on her plate, it has to be so overwhelming. I love their storyline and can’t wait to see more of this lp!💖

It would probably help to hire a scheduled gardener as well as the ranch hand. Because the amount of things going on is easily enough work for like 4 sims, if you also include taking care of an infant.

Yay! A new lets play.
I think her Dad dying when she was only an infant will effect her. Because while she has no memories, she'll wonder what her Dad was like and she will always feel like she's missing her Dad. While kids whose fathers died when they were still old enough to remember them, while they miss their fathers, they cherish those moments that they had with them.
And yeah a single mom with a huge farm is gonna be hard. I have two engaged sims with a farm and they struggle to keep up with it (my one sim is in the detective career but I only go to work with him like 3 days a week.)
Also...just to warn you, I hear the nectar aspiration is bugged. Although it says you can sell nectar any way you can, it only seems to count if you sell each individual bottle from your inventory. I havent tried it myself yet though.
I'm excited for this lets play and I can't wait to see how this sim will rebuild her life.

in that sense yes it will affect her as i think it would for anyone but it won’t affect her in the sense of grieving the way Summerlie is and she won’t really even know what happened until she becomes a child. i think it will affect her more as she gets older and her mom explains to her what happened to her dad but as an infant and toddler she won’t know any different.
yeah the farm is going to be really difficult for Summerlie and hopefully she can keep up with it with the help of her parents and a farm hand.
i didn’t know that about the nectar, hopefully that doesn’t happen in my game😭

This is actually very similar to how my current play through started!
I had my matriarch sim and her patriarch husband (generations gameplay, first gen), they were doing amazing living in a sulani starter home a beautiful property halfway into the water. They were making their way in their careers and then had their first baby!! Soon enough after that baby grew a bit they had a second baby, an older son and younger daughter! The literal second they got home from the hospital the dad was so excited to have his second child that he died of laughter!! (This was a few weeks before the life and death release so my theory is they were tinkering with the death game mechanics and it made death more likely for a bit since everyone else seemed to be expressing similar experiences) they didn’t have a funeral for him because they didn’t exist yet, they mourned him as best they could with the mechanics sims 4 had at the time. She raised her 2 kids all on her own and became a legendary artist, a world star celebrity, leaving behind 2 kids, 4 grandkids and an amazing family home she upgraded a LOT all on her own! before she died recently and left her daughter as the start of the next generation and she currently lives in her childhood family home with her wife and they just welcomed their second daughter 🤍🤍
I miss when the baby horse would sleep with The mother horse like in The Sims 3. I wish they would have done that in the sims 4.
I feel like sims 4 got more amazing since the last time I played over 4 years ago. I really want to get back into sims I love it so much I play sims Freeplay rn. Idk anything about computer's or laptop's to know what I would need to buy to play🥴
There are tutorials and recommendations online. But the game does need a lot of storage and ram

It’s not a mod. If you have the growing together EP you can add baby mobiles to cribs
