Nice. The four Star is a good little sport plane. I have the same setup , even the same engine. My favorite Sig kit is my Astro Hog. I reduced dihedral slightly when I built it and stuck a K&B .61 two stroke in it ... too much fun!
After watching your build I decided to recover my 4 star that I built in 2010. I used the same brand of covering from ValueHobby which worked OK but it doesn't like to stretch like old monocote. I put the servos in the tail and servos in the wings and darn if it balanced right on the mark without any lead.
I built this one back when they first came on the market and put the Saito 56 on it also! I've still got it now lol! I really like them but they like to float when you are landing!
Yep I think the 56 is the perfect engine for this one. I was able to avoid the floating landing tendency by clipping the wing on this really glad I did.

Yep same here achieved perfect balance with putting servos in the rear it’s a better place for them IMO
