PGDSpider and Everything (feat. the SHEGEND project)

A showcase of two geat programs, and an even greater project ;)
With the PGDSpider software you can change data formats for #genomic data, connecting population genetics and genomics programs. Data conversion is a hassle in general, so an easy tool like this comes handy.
The Everything app is a tool for a super quick search on your hard drive. That is it. Simple purpose, but its speed makes it a huge time saver.
The SHEGEND project is a collaboration endeavour between five universities from Europe, within the Danube Strategy framework. Our goal is to jointly work on the Indicators of genetic diversity of autochthonous sheep and goat breeds from Slovakia, Austria, Czech Republic, Serbia and Montenegro.
