I Don't know who Frances No is but maybe you will see me sometime walking the Streets of Baguio with my Beautiful Pinay Wife. She finds other Filipinas making faces and staring US down almost as Funny as I Do. The reason you will find a lot of pretty young women in Baguio is it is a Major Collage town. Most are Very Well educated to unlike the women of Cebu or Davao :) Good Luck. Baguio is truly a Garden Spot. :)

Baguio is A Nice Place. I am an Expat but NOT a womanizer, If I was I would find Angeles City more to my Liking I'm Sure.
