    I lived in baguio city from 1993 ~ 2000. after that I moved to Manila and Cebu. Baguio is safe and clean and people are well educated. 👍

    I miss Baguio City. We lived there from 1979-1983. Some of my children were born there. We enjoyed our stay there especially the vegetables and climate!

    How well do they control food poisoning? Just wondering because of the temperature danger zone. I processed beef and pigs for 15 years. Do they typically slaughter and hang the pig for a day or two in the cooler? Or do they slaughter them on spot?

    • @lune7532
      @lune7532 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The pigs are slaughtered during wee hours at a nearby slaughterhouse and is being distributed to market vendors as early as 4 or 5am. At some point, the cutting of meat is also done in the market. Most trucks I've seen are delivering whole newly slaughtered pigs.
