EVERYTHING is BLOWN out of the WATER by stacking Fin/Dut with Loniten. Loniten may be hard to get from country to country.. but the results are beyond amazing. Unintended side effects.. wow. Almost unbearable .. but I DO recommend this regimen for 12-18 months to get a HUGE kick start to your maintenance regime

I am taking oral Minoxidil (2.5 mg) twice a day (5 mg) and topical Finasteride 0.1%/Minoxidil 5%
My hair in the front is receded and I see bald spot lines whenever my hair is wet or if I adjust my hair a certain way with the light shining onto it looking at my reflection, they are noticeable, with my crown somewhat visible with it balding
    I am on month 2
I've noticed the density has increased with my hair, but it's still not at the point where I want it to be. I've noticed hair growing in places normally you don't see it grow at (Minoxidil).
My dermatologist refuses/hesitant to prescribe me oral Finasteride/Dutasteride
The topical version of Finasteride, I am hoping it gets into my follicles and destroys the DHT but not throughout my body.
I want to prolong my hair growth and prevent it from losing anymore hair
I am contemplating about microneedling/derma rolling using the topical solution of finasteride and rosemary oil as well as rogaine/topical minoxidil 5% possibly
I am hoping I am on the right path and not doing anything wrong or wasting my money 🤞

A lot of words...the essential is simple :Topical doesn’t work because of compliance issues in the long term run...what may really work is a combination of oral Dutasteride 0.5 mg+oral minoxidil 5 mg every day.Dutasteride is long acting;2-3 times per week may be enough.

Great video, very detailed. There is some sort of a mystery with negative bloodlines since I have two friends that are B negative, they both were i'd say between Norwood 6 and 7, that did HT like 3 years back. Now the interesting part is that they use Minoxidil and I think their hair is even better now than it was when they were kids. It just looks phenomenal. They do a PRP and Mesotherapy every month and use oral Minoxidil as well. One is 38, another one is 35 years old. They look younger then ever.
There has to be some catch because apparently, and not the first time I see it, the negative bloodlines respond spectacularly to this HT procedure.

Why not, if it is going to be for free haha. However Stem cell + PRP is not being routinely performed in 99% of the clinics out there and yet people get great results without it. Why? Because they use tumescence for creating more room between the skin on the scalp and the lower portion of the dermis so they can safely graft the follicles without damaging the nerves, etc.

Matt I’m SERIOUSLY in distress here. So I’m 20 and my beard is slightly coming in. Dad says he had a full beard mid 20’s. The past year I’ve been experiences massive hair loss and I feel like I’m either gonna have to choose beard or hair, and I’d rather go hair. I still want to grow a beard though obviously. Do you think it’d be worth it to try a topical finasteride at maybe a .005 or .01 concentration to not crush my systemic DHT and still give me a chance for a beard. My other option is .25 mg finasteride 3-4 times a week

True. It is a very weak anti-androgen if applied topically though. It does a better job at reducing fungus and dandruff. Ketoconazole gels are used for fungus on the feet and topical Ketoconazole helps reduce the fungus on the scalp that is associated with dandruff. That is why Ketoconazole shampoo e.g Nizoral is FDA approved for dandruff.

The best combination is Dutasteride combined with a topical anti androgen like RU 58841. Testosterone and dht in your scalp will also eat your hair. Oral finasteride and Dutasteride is not enough!

For me, topical finasteride/topical minoxidil has turned the clock back 20 years on my hair loss. I can’t even explain the turn around. My hair was miniaturizing, I had a bald spot on the crown, and I was receding on the sides. 4 months in and my hair is substantially thicker,,,my bald spot on the crown has filled in as well as my recessed temples. I have pics from my 20’s and am now over 50,,,my hair is back to where it was then. I have a mere 300 bucks invested at this point. I have amazing pics PROVING my results. Darling Buds clinic told me in a reply that topicals don’t work and my results were strictly placebo…..I wish I had the ability to “wish” my hair back! Lol. He said topicals dont reach the root…he is WRONG. My stylist has commented on my results,,,as well as a buddy I havent seen in a few years told me last week at a bar “who has hair like this over 50?” I just smiled….

For me it's so clearly that you done hair transplant.
If you move your hair to the front I'm sure it will be clearly.
Your hair looks like somebody put it on your head.
