Always amazes me that customers think diagnostics should be free! Even non manufacturer kit like Launch/Autel is a fortune. This is where a specialist comes in so useful with something like a Merc. It's not just having the kit, its knowing how to use it, and what it's actually telling you! Superb content!
Had one of those batteries fail once, the good thing is it was covered by the warranty. The even better thing was it meant the stop/start didn't work. The bad thing is after replacement the stop/start worked again.
Can 'Auxiliary Battery Malfunction' cause a car to stop running. My car just lost power in motion and the only strange message on my dash is the 'Auxiliary Battery Malfunction' message.
Very fair pricing. After changing my much easier aux batt in my R class, that price should go ontop just for the sore back and knees. And having a specialist do it, they won’t bust all the plastic clips on the covers like I did….

Main big battery yes, small Capacitor battery no
Seems expensive you're charging more than 45£ labour 60£ for diagnostic machine should be 105£ where are you getting the rest of the money from?
