      Really? How

    • @cosmologist_yat_21
      @cosmologist_yat_21 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Pau1ll Cellular Function:
Water is essential for the proper functioning of cells, including skin cells. Cells require water to carry out metabolic processes, regulate temperature, and maintain structural integrity.
Skin cells, like all cells in the body, are primarily composed of water. Proper hydration ensures that these cells function optimally, contributing to healthy skin.
      Collagen Production:
Collagen is a protein that provides structural support to the skin. It helps maintain skin elasticity and firmness.
Dehydration can lead to a decrease in collagen production. This reduction in collagen can contribute to the development of fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging skin.
      Skin Barrier Function:
The outermost layer of the skin, the stratum corneum, acts as a barrier to prevent water loss and protect against environmental factors.
Adequate hydration helps maintain the integrity of the skin barrier. A compromised barrier can lead to dryness, redness, and an increased susceptibility to irritants and infections.
      Oil Production:
Dehydrated skin may trigger an overproduction of sebum (skin oil) as the skin tries to compensate for the lack of moisture.
This excess oil can contribute to acne and other skin issues. Proper hydration helps balance oil production and promotes a healthier complexion.
      Inflammation and Irritation:
Dehydrated skin is more prone to inflammation and irritation. It can exacerbate conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.
Water helps cool the body, reducing the risk of overheating and inflammation.
      Wound Healing:
Hydration plays a crucial role in the body's ability to repair and regenerate tissues, including the skin.
Well-hydrated skin is better equipped to heal from injuries, cuts, or abrasions.
      Toxin Elimination:
Water is vital for the elimination of toxins from the body through processes like sweating and urination.
When the body is properly hydrated, it can efficiently remove waste products, contributing to clearer and healthier skin.
      Blood Circulation:
Adequate hydration supports proper blood circulation. Good blood flow ensures that skin cells receive essential nutrients and oxygen.
Improved circulation can contribute to a more vibrant and even skin tone.

My girlfriend and i had this talk about jawlines and so on, cause she is for a girl, haing a really nice defined jaw. It is also easy to maintain fat due to high amounts of fiber while still hitting high protein targets. Recommend it if your genuinely interested in looking after your skin/hair and body etc.

putting ice on your face!! , is sooo helpfull , if you try it right now on only one side of your face you will instantly see the difference, it reduces inflamation! , also drinking a tooon of water , in MY case drinking 4L of water helped my face sooo much , i forgot why but when you have too much water your body says "heey , i dont need to store this in my face no more , i have way to much! , imma get it out! and that basically just reduces inflamation, ice in your face idk how or why but it puts the skin in the place it should be (it puts them relatively to your new face structure (if you are doing mewing and have a poor face structure , like i used to have or probably you have right now
please correct me if something i said was wrong but that was my personal experience and some things i read

Its absolutely amazing. For hydration I also recommend IUNIK betaglucans serum you can mix with the ascorbic powder. Or the ordinary phytoceramides not with betaglucans though because it contains carbomer. Im trying to avoid cosmetics with silicones, dimethicone, acrylates, carbomers. I didnt try pacifica serums yet but I want to, because their hair care is fantastic. So I would buy peptide cream from pacifica it does not containt these liquid plastics such as dimethicone, acrylates etc... You should also do GUA SHA, it would make you look even better.

That's some serious dedication right there. I don't know how realistic it would be for someone to actually do all this every day long-term. But some results are visible, especially the eyebrows and the teeth. But the thing is, those are probably the easiest protocols that you did in this experiment. I'd be lying if I said i noticed a skin tone difference, but maybe in real life it's more noticeable.
As far as tanning goes, if you want a tan, what has worked for me is tanning quite heavily in the summer (or whenever you get a lot of sun in your area), and then, as the weather gets colder, still try and get some sun exposure to the skin when weather permits. It's almost December now and I still have a tan on my skin, despite only exposing my skin to the sun once every couple of weeks since September. So that might be something to apply, but obviously not for people in really cold climates.

    • @FringeWizard2
      @FringeWizard2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

I like being pale and white, only reason I ever try tanning is to kill acne, I noticed that where I get sun I have less problems with acne, so I made more of an effort this year during the warmer months to try and get tanned including swimming outdoors a lot not because I wanted to tan but because it seems to sterilize and clean up all the acne and skin problems.

I have noticed it junior year that my hair is going back a bit, and always had it out of side out of mine type beat. This video showed that I really should just pick it up and try it out. Plus using some sort of skin care and shower filter because I have heard that hard water gives you acene. I am out of puberty's so I am Definity invested in a shower filter. Also about tanning I struggle with it since I only have the summer to tan since I live in a very cold state which usually stays colder a bit longer. I am gonna try what you did in the video but if anyone else does something different or knows other routines that will work lmk.

Add more carrots. Just make it a habit to put in some baby carrots throughout the day. I've noticed my skin complexion has changed because of it, I prefer fresh carrots over canned, I'm not sure if it makes much of a difference but I have a feeling it does. For hair you can derma roll, and derma press, be sure to clean these with alcohol before using them. This helps both the collagen in the face, and the proper bloodflow for hair growth. Derma rolling, and rosemary/mint oil will be helpful for sure. Also be sure to get the proper vitamins and nutrients that you need, plus vitamins like biotin which are important for hair growth. On top of this consider red light which helps hair growth. Massaging your scalp with a silicon brush to get blood flow helps as well.
If you did all of this I'm sure you would see the benefits, How much or how little may be up to genetics but these are some simple things you can add to your routine.
      Hope this helps.

See a dermatologist and ask about finasteride. Rosemary oil just helps increase hair density but won’t magically cause new hairs to sprout, it just encourages the existing ones to sprout and stuff. Finasteride actively fights against one of the common causes of balding. Even if you used minoxidil (way better than rosemary oil) you’d only have the results for a few more years as your hairline gradually got pushed back. You need to address the cause of your receding hairline, not cover it up.
As for the tanning thing, don’t. This again is short-term and will significantly age your skin. Genuinely the biggest cause of visible skin aging is uv rays and tanning is due to uv damage. All tanning is bad. If you want to look good when you are 40 or older use sunscreen daily and reapply every 2 hours. I swear being pale isn’t bad.
Lastly, skin care is massive. Definitely take that up. If you have acne I can give you a routine that’d help clear it up, otherwise make sure you use a cleanser, don’t over exfoliate, avoid harsh products/ingredients, use a moisturizer, etc.

    • @baecere2

Also Keeps has finasteride pills so I could go to them also I am 20 btw and half my family are very tan with no skin cancer we all eat quite good not perfect we do have some cheat meals. I have heard that the sun actually doesn't cause it from what I read it was diet and the sunscreen. I know the thing that is suppose to protect us I can say I am not too sure about the sunscreen thing but you never know. I am gonna get a skin moisturizer since I get very oily skin.

Eat healthy, stay hydrated and exercise, there isn’t much else you can do to improve your jawline tho. BRO you don't even know how much i relate, the tongue hanging out thing, so, I just had DOUBLE JAW SURGERY dec 18 because of my TMJ, and already, my tongue has more room in my mouth. So, for me, i had an overjet/overbite, and my lower jaw essentially hadn't gotten the memo to really grow or develop to a man jaw. So, right before surgery, I learned, i was getting whats called a lefort 1 segmented maxilla osteotomy, essentially they cut your upper jaw away from your face, then they cut the four front teeth (my type, some they cut away the top 6) from the rest of the jaw, and they cut the jaw down the middle on the top, (actually i think they cut it in two places next to the middle), in order to actually WIDEN my maxilla/palette. So, after surgery, my tongue is actually quite comfortable now resting behind my teeth, sure it still wants to push, but i can breathe through my nose, my teeth are still being moved to have whats called an optimal occlusion, as what I had before was a malocclusion, which is just a fancy word for how your teeth fit together or bite together. So, I still have a ways to go, but DANG i never thought I'd run into a video putting on display exactly what my tongue was ALWAYS DOING because it just didn't have enough room and wanted to relax! i would just kinda constantly be chewing on my tongue, pushing on my front 2 teeth of both upper and lower jaw, just pushing pushing, trying to relax my tongue, and the only way i could would be to use it as like a mouth orthotic. Anyway, gonna keep watching. I stopped at 1 minute just astonished at what you're describing and what i'm seeing and how I didn't think very many people understood what it was like! :D

The best thing anyone can do to maximize their looks over the long term is to STAY OUT OF THE SUN. Try to avoid the sun entirely between 10 AM and 2 PM (11 and 3 during daylight savings), and wear sunblock whenever and wherever the sun touches your skin.
I did everything else wrong. I smoked for 35 years, drank, did all kinds of drugs, didn't start moisturizing until my mid-30's, and I still look a good ten years younger (or more) than I actually am (mid-50's), thanks to consistently avoiding UV.

@@BarriosGroupie There is absolutely nothing wrong with avoiding the sun entirely if you supplement with vitamin D. You should be supplementing it anyway. So many people are short on vitamin D that it's the only supplement broadly recommended by the medical industry.
In fact, there are people who have a genetic defect that keeps their body from being able to detect and fight cancer cells, who literally have to live like vampires. They even have to be careful about artificial light because some of them put out a small amount of UV.
But the fact of the matter is, unless you're one of those vampire-people, you're going to get SOME incidental sun, no matter how hard you try to avoid it.

Cool test, but the skincare choices are a bit weird. There’s a lot of research that confirm the benefits of chemical exfoliants like BHA to improve skin complexion. Also retinoids are very effective (but might have side effects which could effect eyesight, which most sources don’t talk about). Either way, the skincare routine in this video is a bit lacking. Besides that, very enjoyable video!
