@@Tractors_Trucks_And_Pups 48 or 49.....you'd need paperwork to differenceate. 49 seems more common, but that might be my area. I have about six 1 1/2 ton rescue trucks and seven 1/2 tons. More than half have paperwork.....you can see most of them on my videos.

That heater looks to be Mopar Truckmaster model 62. Which was a factory option
I have one in my garage right now the original motor is still good but all the brakes were shot so starting underneath and working my way up!
You don't get there fast but you arrive in style........
T-146 engines are 230ci and for 48/49 B-1-D trucks....so I believe it is a correct engine if not the original L6 motor.
