Gotta love the Mosconi cup. I see a lot of people complaining about the crowd but in any other event the crowd is silent and respectful. This is the only event where it challenges these professionals to the most extreme levels of pressure. You get to see what these players are really made of.
I love the crowds at these events. In every sport athletes face the crowd as a challenge in away games. Pool shouldn’t be different , especially if it grows.

But shifting this discussion back to SVB, say what you will about his demeanor, but his record over the last 10+ years is unmatched and will be difficult for new players to beat in terms of history. He's won 5 US Opens and over 100 professional titles.
