this game is absolutely amazing because it genuinely feels like this was a place kids visited. rambley is a likable and cute mascot, the rides look like actual rides, and overall this just feels infinitely more realistic than other mascot horror
If anything, despite them being different genres the vibe reminds me of "My Friendly Neighborhood" (an indie survival horror like RE set in an abandoned puppet studio)
The only thing unrealistic is how some areas of the park (like Mollie's area) look like a warehouse and aren't fully themed. It's probably a result of decay, but still.
Rambley is definitely the strong point of this game for me. Incredibly charming animation, design, and voice, with just the right hint of unnerving uncanniness. I'm very, very eager to see where things go from here.
I unironically can’t believe this came out it started all from a banban remake to him getting into game development congrats geese I can’t wait for the second chapter!

This game looks so good! Rambley just feels so alive! His expressions, his movements, the way he tones down the excitement when he admits the truth...it's so perfect!
Fr though i had a laughing fit every time he complained about loyd "Give this mistake to a child and they'll cry" was brutal 💀 who taught the silly AI raccoon to roast like that
Its insane how you went from someone with absolutely 0 game development expirience to making one of the best, high quality mascot horror games in recent years, good job and i can wait to see the rest of the game!
I think the cart ride is such a clever way to introduce the characters and their personality to the player all at once without seeming like random exposition. Also I love Rambley, I'm hoping he doesn't turn evil in the future 😅
My jaw *dropped* when I saw that for the first time. Such a gruesome way for Molly to go out. Still kinda feel bad that it was the only way for the player character to survive for the time being. I wonder why she's in the state we first find her in in the first place. I'm wanna know what's next for the game and if *that* is what happened to Molly, I can't imagine what's in store for the others.
@@amauro1385 He prioritizes sales, but the park is so run down your trip is *FREE* percent off. And then he prioritizes safety, And then he prioritizes rules,
The annoying thing about finding a really good game at the beginning of it's development, is that you have to actually wait until you can get to know the LORE behind it. Like who the characters really are, what the story is about and all that jazz, but i'm really excited to see this game in it's entirety sometime in the future! And i'm proud to say that yet another silly little guy has burrowed itself in my brain and taken up space, live laugh love Rambley the Racoon
Something tells me that it was Salem's animatronic that was responsible for spreading the trouble that's caused all the animatronics to go haywire and left the park a complete mess. I also feel so sorry for Rambley... poor little guy's just an AI construct, left behind with nothing but the ghosts of the past and a broken heart! I just wanna hug him and let him know everything's gonna be okay. This game has to go on! I'm all for part 2! Who's with me?!
That arcade machine did seem to be providing a hint about all this so that seems possible. Though what’s up with the mascot with clear flesh and blood if this is all a second AI going rogue and making the tech go haywire? Could there be something up with the suits that made the people inside vulnerable to mind control or something?
You can feel the love and passion in this game. I couldn’t stop smiling while watching Rambley ramble around! And I love the angle of “help the park out”, rather than just “survive” like most horror games. Also love the mix of funny and unnerving and scary. Wishing you all the luck with future chapters!
Rambley is actually adorable. Perfectly designed and voiced character. Although I can’t shake the feeling that we are freeing him or something…. lol? LOL??? All the other character voices are amazing as well. Nicely done!
Ooh this is so lovely and refreshing to see- a guide that cares about the protagonist and the park, and doesn’t have any hidden motives! 🥺💓 I really hope this game has a good ending rather than a horrific one!! Where the park is okay and Rambley gets the recognition he deserves. 🥺
19:38 what's funny is that molly literally sells chicken sandwiches with her being a freakin bird EDIT: yes, I know, birds can eat other birds, you don't need to remind me
31:08 The break in character here is what REALLY made me want more from this game. Rambley as a character who’s trying to help but doesn’t know how much the park has gone into disrepair and why our protagonist is there it’s just- so intresting😭 I wanna see more on this❤
Same!! It honestly makes me feel as though the protagonist and Rambley are going to become… sort of *actual* friends now. Like they’ll become closer now that they’re working together on something they likely both care about. I also remember at the beginning of the game I went: “Wow, he’s being super nice to me! I wonder if he’s lonely..” and “I wonder if doesn’t know the park is closed, or he’s in denial”, haha…
@@bella_daze3092I would create a dimensional rift linked to the game to bring me into the game and then another one linked to the place rambley's ai is inside of (basically go into the digital universe inside of that digital universe) to bring rambley to reality as my best friend. Yes I'm serious I really would if I had the money knowledge and resources to do it
I gotta say, most of this is really good! The quality of the environments, the animation, the top tier voice acting and music. Rambley as a character is very entertaining and I love every scene with him. Not to mention his goal being restoring the park is a really fun angle for this. There’s only a few gripes I personally have with it all. For one, which is kinda the most important thing, the mascots aren’t all that scary. They just look like slightly more realistic versions of the characters, and they move too slow to be all that scary. The whole section with Lloyd would’ve been so much freakier if instead of seeing him full and him attacking, you just hear the grumbling of a lion and occasionally see his eyes as he stalks you around. It’s the first chapter, so I think some subtlety helps. A lot of the moments where they dart around corners also felt a bit too slow. You see them for far too long to make it a scary “blink and you’ll miss it” sorta moment. The chase sequence with Molly was insanely good though. Really tense and really made it feel like she’s desperately hunting you with the constant cut offs from her and different routes you have to take. The other two problems I have are a bit less important, but I still think should be said. While I totally get why this is the case, there’s way too many loading screens. There’s definitely moments that could easily have just been an animation leading back into the sequence. Specifically all the parts with getting on and off the train during the ride. Finally, I feel the protagonist is currently way too uninteresting being silent like this. Clearly Ed has more going on as a characters when you look into it, but him having almost zero reactions to everything around him and no dialogue makes him feel a bit uninteresting. If that’s the goal, to just have a blank slate, then it’s totally fine. Sorry if this comes across as negative, because I do think overall this first chapter is absolutely phenomenal. I just wanted to give my two cents on what I think could improve the game going forwards.
Well he is a first time game creator so I’m sure that has something to do with some of the issues too. I’m sure he’ll improve over time and wouldn’t mind your criticism!
Good critique is very important for game development! You even explained what you’d improve and why it would make a difference. That’s really good stuff.
@@Jynxxx5 Oh I know, so I was hoping a bit of constructive criticism and helpful advice would help. Very much looking forward to the future of this game.
I think it would be interesting if the reason for the protagonist's lack of reaction is that he is at least somewhat aware of what happened. We know he went to the park as a kid and did research on the park before going. It would be an interesting reveal and explain the lack of reaction.
It’s a wonder that Rambley wasn’t a walk-around character. Some of the kids would have probably loved to meet him in the flesh rather than just on a set of monitors.
Something i noticed: In the first ride where all the characters are introduced, they give their little speeches and such, but something i noticed is that they seem to be talking to rambley as the ride was going on, dont know if im overthinking it, but if they can speak to rambley do they have their own ai, like rambley? Cause they sound all happy and friendly, but they sure aren't in their actual forms. So if they could have an AI kind of like rambley, would that mean rambley had/has a real form too? Also, smth to point out with mollies death, rambley doesnt seem to care that much, and i thought at first "maybe its because AIs dont tend to have feelings" but then i realized that no, rambley does have feelings, he is literally so expressive throughout the entirety of the game. So i was wondering if Rambley doesnt really care, cause he can definitely see whats going on (which i will admit is kind of odd for an AI speaking to us through a SCREEN... makes me wonder if rambley is an Ai behind that screen in the first Place) and so i thought that something like this may have happened to other mascots, cause there is that one mascot that we see when the first ride malfunctions (the purple fox looking thing named salem) but there is absolutely no other sights of that character anywhere other than that arcade game (to my knowledge) or maybe im just overthinking things, lol. Also isn't it convenient that the door shut directly on mollies head? Rambley opened the door so he has control over it, makes me wonder if he was trying to kill mollie? Edit: Something to point out too, Lloyd and rambley have some tension for sure, like it seems like rambley absolutely DESPISES Lloyd which is oddly suspicious, and then at the information kiosk the collectible plush said Lloyd was used more and was always indigos favorite, makes me think rambley is a bit salty about that, maybe rambley isn't the "happy raccoon we all take him to be... maybe he's trying to kill off the other characters to be the only remaining one, if that was the case it would line up with my earlier statements, nonetheless it is kind of bold for me to make these claims, but still very suspicious 🤔
Love how looking back and forth at Molly's head makes it get PROGRESSIVELY more coated in blood. An excessive amount. But it's very funny to be like "wait where did that come from. Wait why is there more. WHY IS THERE MORE"
Ive always been a theme park nerd. I cant ignore just how real you made this park feel. Nothing is jarringly out of place, its almost like im watching one of those abandoned theme park exploration videos. I hope that you persue the story over all, youve got something special here.
I already love Rambly sm- My personal theory is that the Rambly AI is actually Salem, but instead of being a twist villain like expected they're a good guy, but Salem wants us to trust them so they impersonated Rambly. But that's just a theory, A GAME THEORY!! Edit: also based on some of the stuff in the game the real Rambly may be a bad guy but THAT'S JUST A THEORY-
>"but instead of being a twist villain like expected they're a good guy" This actually gives me an idea; I think it would be nice if Salem were to be an Anti-Hero character where they sort of just follow us from a distance and drop subtle hints of what we should be doing and just generally ensure we don't do anything stupid when Rambley isn't watching us. But they prefer to hide and watch from a distance when we're up against a threat since they don't see the point in helping us with that (since, you know, the little arcade mini-game states that Salem seems to hate friendship).
Not a bad idea, especially if the park went off the rails via corporate greed and short-sightedness, kinda like Jurassic Park run by Disney. Other interesting things l noticed, Rambley says he can't see behind the stage, but there are still clearly cameras back there tracking your movement, so who is watching those? I also think the animatronics aren't animatronic at all, they seem too lifelike. Maybe bespoke critters, engineered to resemble the mascots? If there is a bioengineering angle, l bet Indigo's thawed frozen brain is gonna show up in a big way
Instead of rambley being impersonated i feel like salem possessed rambley maybe his eyes weren’t always purple since you know - salem is purple. Or maybe salem isn’t impersonating rambley at all she could just be an undercover mascot but i dont think im right. And maybe salem did something to da “animatronics” causing them to go mad
I dunno if you, UniqueGeese, will read this comment... But I wanted to give you my truly compliments for this game! It's fantastic!! The story, the characters, the animations, the voice acting, the musics, everything!!! The chase music is truly amazing and breathtaking, it gives the right horror sensation! You truly made a masterpiece for this horror game! I will attend with joy the chapter 2, continue to make more about this game!!!
Once TVtroeps makes a page for Indigo Park this is gonna be a Definite "My friends...and Zoidberg" being added there with Rambley's relationship with Lloyd.
Imma be honest, at first I didn't trust Rambly. He seemed a little too friendly and seems to be self-aware. But after seeing this video, I have second thoughts about him. He is actually looking out for us and now i genuinely feel bad for not trusting him sooner.
I can’t really say this game is *scary*, but it really seems like a good adventure. It has so much personality, and the MUSIC is incredible! Also, really glad Rambly doesn’t seem to be evil, as he’s just as confused as you with the state of disrepair.
Even if I can't really play this myself with tech limitations and me being too scared (i like horror but hate being scared... figure out how that works) I can see all the effort that was put in and I love it! I really hope you all are able to get the funds for a Chapter 2 and beyond! I'd LOVE to see what you guys have in store!
I'm a bit like that, I'm always intrigued by the narratives/stories good horror games tell but I'm easily startled (and scary stuff sticks in my brain longer than I'd like it too, haha) so actually playing horror games is a no-go for me, I watch it instead where I can safely hide in the comments section if needed! XD
use that on the kickstarter, TH-cam takes a cut from the superchats so Mason doesn't actually get all of those 50 dollars. maybe a bit late to say this, but oh well
When i first saw the trailers i tought rambley was gonna be a evil little critter, but now i can officially say im his number 1 fan and i just wanna give him a hug. He really is our spark of sunshine during this terrifying adventure
I'm in tears. The transition from Friday Night Funkin to Dayshift at Freddy's to Banban Reincarnated to a full fledged and polished video game IS ABSOLUTELY INSANEEE

@@theheroneededwillette6964 What could Lloyd have POSSIBLY done to get the Park shut down. . . What had caused him to get the park shut down until some hardcore urban explorer became the first guest to appear at the park for 8 years!!
Yeah I think in unique geese's video introducing the characters, he said that Loyd is obnoxiously egotistical, and he said rambley and the gang think it's really annoying.
R34 artists, content farms, indingo park ocs, fan art etc UniqueGeese: "Here it comes!" (Edit: people stop updating me how much Rambly porn there is, I do not want to know how much art of rambly and his Ramblberries there is)
The R34 art has been around since the first images of Rambley were released. There are currently 21 posts on e621, all but one are Rambley (there are only 2 pieces of fan art). The most recent one is Mollie Macaw and was posted around 2 hours ago.
I do not even have words to describe how happy I am to see a mascot horror game where you can feel the love the team has for the characters and the world 😭 music and ride/land designs are both bangers!! not to mention how well thought out the features of the park are. such a breath of fresh air and hope for the future of the gaming genre. donated to the kickstarter and wish you all the best!!
I genuinely love this game. The animation and characterization of Rambly is great. I adore how his joyful and jolly personality contrasts so much from the dread and dystopian theming of the rest of the game. I physically couldn't stop smiling at the song during the credits. My cheeks were genuinely hurting from how hard I smiled. I hope for this game to go on to become something great, because I genuinely adore it. (who else wants to aggressively hug Rambly to make him feel better?)
Just finished my playthrough this was such a good game and unironically having rambley follow you around for most of the game just to not be there for the backstage area of Lloyds mane theatre and mollie's chase sequence added so much more fear to it. Also the chase theme with Mollie was so good.
One thing i appreciate is this. The fact how this looks really polished, the design is unique and the story feels mysterious. I already have a bit of a theory about potentially a virus that corrupted the mascots. Many from the mini-game shown. Along with the reference’s and the fact this was made by someone who is still a little new to game development. Amazing job! Can’t wait for chapter 2.
This game is so awesome. I know this is supposed to be a mascot horror game, but my attention is always pulled to Rambly. He is so cute, amazing, and so full of energy.❤️
I absolutely love rambly and will be completely heart broken if he betrays us. Other than that i was surprised to see rambly kill one of his "friends" so easily, which makes me think of three potential theories! A: it's BATIM all over again, there's only one bendy(rambly) but there's hundreds of misfortunate guests who were transformed into living mascots. B: they're machines, machines that bleed, but machines none the less, so while rambly did actually straight up kill his freind he knows it's not permanent and that she will be back eventually. C: that arcade game is pure foreshadowing, maybe molly is a bioengineered experiment with the memories of the bird, maybe she's a animatronic with Molly's personality downloaded straight into her, doesn't really matter for the theory, what is important is that skunk and his potion, he used it on the mascots and made them go crazy, rambly is immune because either he is a AI and the mascots are biological, or he is simply a more advanced ai then the animatronics and therefore could resist the malware. There's also a third idea that says rambly is infected/a rambly mascot is running around, but like i said I'll be heartbroken if he betrays us so I'm going to ignore that so i can continue to enjoy his cuteness!
The “killed” is questionable. All he did was close the door to keep Molly from hurting us, so it’s slightly possible he didn’t think he’d actually kill her. Plus, she’s clearly going apeshit-
This is absolutely INCREDIBLE. I don’t know how to get all of my thoughts down, but the environment, puzzles, music, animation, and character designs all work together to make one of the best mascot horror games I’ve seen in a while. I can’t wait to see what’s done for chapter 2!
this has got to be my favorite mascot horror game right now, it's genuinely so good and you can tell the team gave it their all! i cant wait for chapter 2!
In the arcade game, the text that appears for a split second when Rambley finds Mollie is just a repeat of the starting textbox about Mollie crashing in the woods.
Thank you for posting a walkthorugh video of chapter 1! I’m not brave enough to play the game myself but I’m a big theme park nerd and love the concept. I've been following development and it's so so cool to see it come to fruition - it's super well made! For anyone who's curious, here are all of the theme park references I was able to find: 0:32 The old video is a reference to Walt’s speech on the opening day of Disneyland, which began with “To all who come to this happy place, welcome.” The font used is also similar to Disneyland’s. 2:34 The mascots next to the park entrance may be referencing the driving entrance to the Disney World property, which has Mickey and Minnie on either side of an arch that stretches across the road. 2:40 The trash cans have the same shape and general design as those in Disney World, right down to the “Push.” (Fun fact, Tomorrowland in Magic Kingdom once had a talking trash can named Push.) 2:46 The employees being called “Ranglers” may reference how Disney calls their employees “Cast Members” 5:47 The Critter Cuff is similar to Disney World’s Magic Bands, being used as a park ticket and to charge purchases to your room. They also are both used to tap terminals, though the terminals in Disney World are for lightning lanes (previously fast passes) and virtual queue entrances to check that you are signed up for whatever line you’re entering. (Unlike Critter Cuffs, restricted areas, like specialty lounges, require other identification in Disney World.) 6:54 The statue with Rambly is similar to the “Partners” statue of Walt and Mickey holding hands found at various Disney parks. 7:12 The tunnel with posters can be found in Disneyland and any other Disney park where guests pass under a train to enter the park (like Magic Kingdom and Disneyland Paris). 7:23 The line “Pardon our dust” is a reference to “Pardon our pixie dust,” used on construction fences around the Disney parks. 8:08 Walt also liked trains, even building a small working railroad in his own backyard - it’s why Disneyland has a working full-sized train travelling around the park. 8:20 Having to walk all the way through empty queues and not being able to take a shortcut through is just accurate to the theme park experience, haha. 8:56 The screen on the back of the conductor’s train is similar to “Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway” in Hollywood Studios and Disneyland, where Conductor Goofy looks back at riders from a similar screen. [Same area as previous note] While not shown in this video (so spoiler alert for a secret!), there’s a secret painting of Rambley and Lloyd in this room which may reference another secret painting on “The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh” in Disneyland. The painting there shows Mr. Toad, the main character of the area’s previous ride (“Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride”), handing the deed to the space off to Owl from Winnie the Pooh. 9:17 Mollie references “The Barnstormer,” a Disney ride where Goofy attempts to learn how to fly a plane. On the ride, riders pass through holes in a billboard and a barn that were left by Goofy crashing through. 10:27 Finley’s ride, Oceanic Odyssey, shares similarities with “The Living Seas” at Epcot, the original attraction for the Seas pavilion that included real sea creatures and taught guests about aquatic life. (Today, the pavilion still teaches about those things, but the ride itself is themed to Finding Nemo.) 12:38 After-ride photos and gift shops are common across various theme and amusement parks. 12:57 The ferris wheel with Rambley’s face on it resembles the ferris wheel in Disney’s California Adventure, which originally displayed Mickey’s face before the area became Pixar Pier. 14:34 The logo for Jetstream Junction is very similar to that of Soarin’ from Epcot, a ride where guests are taken on a hanglider tour of either California or the world (depending on the version of the ride in question). 15:09 The entrance to Lloyd’s Mane Stage Theatre resembles Town Square Theatre in Magic Kingdom, where guests can meet Mickey and Tinkerbell. 23:58 Mollie’s ride, Rooftop Races, looks similar to Astro Orbiters, a classic Disney ride found in Tomorrowland. (It shares a system with, and thus also looks similar to, Dumbo the Flying Elephant (various parks), Aladdin’s Flying Carpets (Magic Kingdom), and Triceratops Spin (Animal Kingdom).) (32:40 Not theme park related, but trademarks expire every 15 years in case it helps with theorycrafting!) 32:52 The employee area being enclosed may be a reference to the Utilidoors, a system of tunnels that run underneath Magic Kingdom and allow employees to access different areas of the park without being seen by guests. 34:56 Even though the content of Oceanic Odyssey reminded me of The Living Seas (see above), the aesthetic is closer to attractions in Adventureland, though it doesn’t call to mind any specific rides. What other references lay inside remains to be revealed… And that’s everything I found! If I missed anything or got something wrong let me know - if it’s not obvious I’m most familiar with Disney World so I’m sure I missed some references to other parks. (Also TH-cam glitched halfway through me writing all this so I had to do half of it twice and may have forgotten stuff the second time around.) Looking forward to chapter two!
Thanks! I don't know why mascot horror video games end up being popular (edit: within my side of social media) to the point where they garner lots of fan-made content that almost flood my social media feeds, a lot of which seem to come from indie artists and animators (some of which I follow because I like their art styles), including some who happen to be furries themselves. I have no interest in horror stuff except for fiction media that parody horror tropes and/or media, and I'm only really watching that walkthrough video out of curiosity because TH-cam kept recommending me fan content until it began recommending me content about the actual game, but I think it's because its recommendation algorithm knows I like indie animation, then I watch those animations and other clips sometimes posted without context because I didn't yet know the context they probably expected their viewers to know. I've seen it happen for ‘Pizza Tower’ too, and the ‘Five Nights at Freddy's’ series before that, so I'm going to have to take notes like I did for which films I've seen furries rave on about and produce fan content for, because I dream of getting at that demographic with one or more of my fiction ideas.
Kinda wish we gotta see Lloyd more. Maybe we'll see him more in later chapters in a more feral state? Like, his fabric could be torn to reveal organic flesh underneath? That'd be cool
I been watching you since you had like 14k, which is a lot, but it’s been amazing to see the progression of your content and what you’ve made. I remember when you first announced the game, and now to see you creating an amazing game like this, keep this shit up Mason!

Love the elements that came from Rebirth and remade and improved upon in this game! It’s actually really well done and gives such a coherent first look into the story, while also heavily improving when it began as Rebirth. It’s incredible how the game succeeds in being an unnerving place as well as how it emphasizes how something happened but we don’t know what. But we get so much world building and explanation about the park, while also leaving something’s up in the air. Can’t wait for more! And if there’s a Rambly plush, I’m so getting it!

I thought it was funny when he didn't care about Lloyd
"Now you know all about my friends, and Lloyd"
Don’t forget that rambley also teams up with the protagonist at the end
If anything, despite them being different genres the vibe reminds me of "My Friendly Neighborhood" (an indie survival horror like RE set in an abandoned puppet studio)
The only thing unrealistic is how some areas of the park (like Mollie's area) look like a warehouse and aren't fully themed. It's probably a result of decay, but still.

The annoying thing about finding a really good game at the beginning of it's development, is that you have to actually wait until you can get to know the LORE behind it.

That arcade machine did seem to be providing a hint about all this so that seems possible. Same!! It honestly makes me feel as though the protagonist and Rambley are going to become… sort of *actual* friends now. Like they’ll become closer now that they’re working together on something they likely both care about.

It sounded like she said
"Not Rambley, He hurt Lloyd, He hurt Lloyd, He hurt-..."
@@Ili.The.Raccoon1457Mason has confirmed that it did not say he hurt lloyd but it hurts Lloyd and is not lore but is just random audio
Molly's walk cycle just looks too goofy
Unless he was both, I wouldn't be surprised if we also saw a walk around character who actually is an enemy, while the AI Rambly is still our friend
@@issacclarke624 That would make for an Interesting interaction.
“ITS HIM”
“NO ITS HIM”
@@issacclarke624 what if he was an animatronic but he got shut downed and turned to an ai assistant??
I think he may have been both. In Disney they can have a character as a prop on a ride and then have that same character walking around.
Player: What's With Your Friends?
Cartoon Rambley: Oh She Just Went A Little Insane!
Something i noticed:
In the first ride where all the characters are introduced, they give their little speeches and such, but something i noticed is that they seem to be talking to rambley as the ride was going on, dont know if im overthinking it, but if they can speak to rambley do they have their own ai, like rambley?

I already love Rambly sm-
My personal theory is that the Rambly AI is actually Salem, but instead of being a twist villain like expected they're a good guy, but Salem wants us to trust them so they impersonated Rambly. But that's just a theory, A GAME THEORY!!
Edit: also based on some of the stuff in the game the real Rambly may be a bad guy but THAT'S JUST A THEORY-
>"but instead of being a twist villain like expected they're a good guy"
This actually gives me an idea; I think it would be nice if Salem were to be an Anti-Hero character where they sort of just follow us from a distance and drop subtle hints of what we should be doing and just generally ensure we don't do anything stupid when Rambley isn't watching us.

14:19 ew lloyd..
my fav part of rambley being rambley!!
They should make that a compilation
Good theories especially the third one !
for some reason it made me think that it could be 2 Ramblys, The AI trying to help us and the Bio-Animatronic trying to find us.
The “killed” is questionable. All he did was close the door to keep Molly from hurting us, so it’s slightly possible he didn’t think he’d actually kill her. Plus, she’s clearly going apeshit-
Bro has beef with him bro!

Maybe the next chapter we know why.
The voice and animation on Rambley is so cute oml
In the arcade game, the text that appears for a split second when Rambley finds Mollie is just a repeat of the starting textbox about Mollie crashing in the woods.
~2-3 frames to be specific
Rambley’s face in the thumbnail looks like he knows that he’s about to get content farmed!
There’s no content farms yet… (thank god)
Rambly’s just an absolute sweetheart, amazing work to you and the team!
Thank you for posting a walkthorugh video of chapter 1! I’m not brave enough to play the game myself but I’m a big theme park nerd and love the concept. I've been following development and it's so so cool to see it come to fruition - it's super well made!
For anyone who's curious, here are all of the theme park references I was able to find:
0:32 The old video is a reference to Walt’s speech on the opening day of Disneyland, which began with “To all who come to this happy place, welcome.” The font used is also similar to Disneyland’s.
2:34 The mascots next to the park entrance may be referencing the driving entrance to the Disney World property, which has Mickey and Minnie on either side of an arch that stretches across the road.
2:40 The trash cans have the same shape and general design as those in Disney World, right down to the “Push.” (Fun fact, Tomorrowland in Magic Kingdom once had a talking trash can named Push.)
2:46 The employees being called “Ranglers” may reference how Disney calls their employees “Cast Members”
5:47 The Critter Cuff is similar to Disney World’s Magic Bands, being used as a park ticket and to charge purchases to your room. They also are both used to tap terminals, though the terminals in Disney World are for lightning lanes (previously fast passes) and virtual queue entrances to check that you are signed up for whatever line you’re entering. (Unlike Critter Cuffs, restricted areas, like specialty lounges, require other identification in Disney World.)
6:54 The statue with Rambly is similar to the “Partners” statue of Walt and Mickey holding hands found at various Disney parks.
(Today, the pavilion still teaches about those things, but the ride itself is themed to Finding Nemo.)
12:38 After-ride photos and gift shops are common across various theme and amusement parks.
(It shares a system with, and thus also looks similar to, Dumbo the Flying Elephant (various parks), Aladdin’s Flying Carpets (Magic Kingdom), and Triceratops Spin (Animal Kingdom).)
(32:40 Not theme park related, but trademarks expire every 15 years in case it helps with theorycrafting!)
32:52 The employee area being enclosed may be a reference to the Utilidoors, a system of tunnels that run underneath Magic Kingdom and allow employees to access different areas of the park without being seen by guests.
34:56 Even though the content of Oceanic Odyssey reminded me of The Living Seas (see above), the aesthetic is closer to attractions in Adventureland, though it doesn’t call to mind any specific rides. What other references lay inside remains to be revealed…
And that’s everything I found!
*sigh* hey lloyd.
"DONT SHAME WITH THAT NAME!"
great performance.
Kinda wish we gotta see Lloyd more. Maybe we'll see him more in later chapters in a more feral state? Like, his fabric could be torn to reveal organic flesh underneath? That'd be cool
33:12 HE MISSED THE PLUSH
Look considering he made the game you don’t expect him to spoil all the secrets for us
It’ll ruin the fun
“Cause I like trains!” Rambley is adorable!
I'm in love with Indigo Park! You guys did such an amazing job and I can't wait for chapter 2 💜
3:35 This scene cracked me up
How Rambley Looks pissed Off when he is with Lloyd is just hilariously perfect
i love that You added a Plushie of Percy the Poodle from Playtime with Percy in the game. . .
That's a Nice easter egg to include!!
I been watching you since you had like 14k, which is a lot, but it’s been amazing to see the progression of your content and what you’ve made. I remember when you first announced the game, and now to see you creating an amazing game like this, keep this shit up Mason!
I love that deep growly/purry noise Loyd makes. Big kitty needs some scritches not being smushed by boxes and subjected to high frequency repelling sounds.
Unqiuegeese you are helping bring the quality back to mascot horror you and poppy chapter 3 amazing job you have earned this
the Bird Up soda is such a funny reference
I need a Rambley plush in my life!!!!! I would lay my life on the line for this adorable cinnamon roll!!!
I love how everyone is his good friend, except Lloyd. He is just done with him🤣
I want the Mollie Macaw plushie right now! She is so cute!❤❤❤ I want to hold her tight, give her a big hug, and a sweet kiss on her beak. 💋
I want the Mollie Macaw plush right now! She's so cute❤❤❤ I want to hug her and kiss her beak. 💋
I feel so bad for Rambley. He sounded so lonely.
Indigo Park: Chapter 1 was one of the best games I've ever played and thank you for letting us play and hope for more chapters.
GET READY FOR AN INDIGO ADVENTURE EVERYONE CAUSE INDIGO PARK IS HERE AND PLEASE ENJOY 💜💜💜

INDIGO FOR THIS PARK BOIS!!
Loved the reference to mickey and minnie's runaway railway with rambley's train
AT INDIGO PARK, THERE IS STARK CONTRAST TO EVERYTHING I KNOW THIS PLACE SHOULD BE, BUT OUT OF THE DARK, YOUVE GIVEN A SPARK OF SUNSHINE, TO THS KINGDOMS FITHUL DEFOTEE
I’m so glad THE ACTUAL CREATOR made a no commentary so we can see how the game was MENT to be played. So far the music is AWESOME!

8:57 RAMBLEY IS SO ADORABLE 😭💞
The cuz I like trains asdf reference was great!!!!!
I absolutely love this game so far. I’ve been waiting to see this, and I was really excited when I heard about you making your own game! It’s so inspiring, and I’m already looking forward to chapter 2. Rambley is so silly and the little references to other games you’ve played are great. Keep up the great work Unique Geese!
Good job uniquegeese I will support your game and you because you are a good and kind developer
