Bacon, sausage and other processed meats will raise your risk of various cardiovascular diseases. Don't eat it _to excess._
The saturates and lactose in butter aren't good for you; butter is better for you than man-made spreads made of hydrogenated seed-oils, but don't use it _in excess._
Beef and pork (natural chops and steaks) are great, but don't eat red meats solely, because _in excess_ they raise your bad cholesterol and risk of heart disease.

Give ones body a break for at least 12 hours ideally about 14 hours between eating etc and make sure ones weight is a healthy bmi I find it really hard to believe a couple of organic boiled eggs going to harm you probably the reverse………. Funny thing is I swapped out my organic porridge with semi skimmed organic milk and fresh blueberries for a couple of eggs and organic wholemeal toasted bread. Felt good probably because I later discovered I low in vitamin d3. Both breakfasts satisfy. Maybe I will alternate between the two breakfasts. Here are some real-life facts that i observed by caring for my 87 year old dad with high cholesterol(285), heart disease, and polycystic kidneys(egfr=12, stage5 kidney failure). After a long discussion with dads General Practitioner, he agreed to temporarily stop dads cholesterol meds for 3 months to try to help his kidneys. I started dad on healthy keto and mild daily exercise. Eggs for 1 meal almost every day. Either 2 eggs for breakfast, or 3 eggs for lunch, or 4 eggs for dinner and almost always with a few slices of bacon. After 3 months, dads GP was shocked that his cholesterol was under 200. Egfr=26, stage 4 kidney failure. After 1 year, dads cholesterol was in the double digits, and his kidney function was in the upper 30's stage3 without spiking his protein, phosphorus or creatinine. Dads GP was shocked that in 1 year, keto fixed what cholesterol meds couldn't in 30 years. Dads nephrologist was shocked that dad went from stage 5 to stage 3 kidney failure at his age. Kidney doc said," i dont know what you're doing, but keep doing it!" During that year, dads cardiologist was able to take him off the 2 high blood pressure meds and the water pill for edema. Dads arrhythmia also improved. Also, dads cognitive function drastically improved, and he lost about 40 pounds.
In my opinion, the eggs are not the problem. The problem is the toast(carbs) and orange juice(sugar) that most people eat with eggs.
Thank you, Dr. Berg for saving and improving dads life and helping both of us to get more healthy and to break the stranglehold of big pharma. And, thank you, Dr. Berg for offering quality supplements.

We are our own chemistry experiment inside. I am type 1 diabetic for over 47 yrs and I have always had 3 eggs a day. I also do intermittent fasting with a window of only 6 hrs to eat and 18 hrs of fasting. I've been listening to Dr berg for over 6 yrs now and he has helped me but with MY OWN RESEARCH that I have done after listening to him, my team of Drs as well. Never just take what another being has said as it's golden. YOU MUST DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH and see what fits with YOUR BODY INNER PRINT.
For instance out of my 5 grandchildren (yup I have 5 grandkids and I'll share my age at the end) 2 of my grandkids are allergic to eggs. Yet when I heard Dr berg speaking on the egg whites and how the yolk is the allergy, I am my family researched for days to make sure it was correct 💯 on what Dr Berg said as advice. Then we tested out 1 egg whites for each grandchildren and guess what, ......
No allergic symptoms at all!! NONE!
So like Dr berg says, DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH!
I learned from both my parents as a child on what to eat. I was a type 1 diabetic as 5yrs old. I have NO WORKING pancreas so I take up to 8 shots per day just to eat to live. As I said, in the beginning I would tell you my age, I am 51 yrs young now. Ive survived Cancer 3 time in my life, I also was born with epilepsy frontal lobe (started keto as a child, keto was designed for epilepsy patients) I have had over 10 surgeries, I have plates and screws in 4 of my neck discs and 3 in my lower back. I have also a bleeding disorder called Von Wille brands it's a clotting disorder of my platelets (I do not stop bleeding for 22 mins) it's a form of hemophilia. Listen I am very transparent when it comes to my life's experiences with my health. If I can encourage or help someone then I feel it is my duty to do so. Dr Berg is a Earth Angel and his wife is too. I follow them both. Again I'm 51 yrs old and everyday I hear people ask me my age and they think I'm in my late 30's, I'll take it! Lol . Eggs keep us looking young, fill us with a altitude of vitamins and the reason why they put down eggs are bad for you is because paired with carbohydrates it is! But eaten 4-5 with soup, (I make a mean egg drop soup) paired with veggies and cheese it is AMAZING!
SO I will end my mini book on hear but remember also our food and Drug FDA is paired together. Wonder why. (Drug companies want us to eat badly and they will do all they can to get out misleading food information so WE STAY SICK! Do the research... Bless you ❤❤❤

    SARCASM ALERT! 😀🚫
00:13 🍳 Eating eggs is linked to an increased risk of dying from heart disease, according to scientific studies mentioned by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.
00:51 🚫 Eggs may also be connected to the development of certain types of cancer, including colon, rectal, and prostate cancer.
02:13 🧐 The studies cited are mainly observational and questionnaire-based, lacking the credibility of experimental, randomized controlled trials.
03:35 💼 Some studies suggesting harm from eggs have potential conflicts of interest, involving individuals connected to pharmaceutical companies selling anti-cholesterol medications.
    05:12 🥚 Egg yolks are nutrient-dense, containing vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12, A (retinol), E, K2, and D, as well as choline, minerals, omega-3 fatty acids, and carotenoids like lutein and zeaxanthin.
06:49 ❤ Eating eggs can support cardiovascular health by providing Vitamin E, Vitamin K2, and other nutrients that contribute to heart health.
08:11 🍳 Eggs can increase the particle size of LDL cholesterol, potentially reducing the risk of cardiovascular issues, and they may help reduce insulin resistance.
09:06 📚 When evaluating studies on eggs, consider the study type (preferably experimental over observational), potential conflicts of interest, and the credibility of the source. Eggs can be a heart-healthy food when sourced from pasture-raised, healthy chickens.

I am 64 years and have never experienced any serious sickness. I have never been on any medication other than some required vaccinations I had to take as a child. I never take any over-the- counter medication throughout my life for any reason. I have refused the COVID vaccination and didn't wear masks and never bothered to comply with the crazy rule of social distancing.
I have grown-up not only eating eggs in large quantities regularly but also blended 5 to 7 raw eggs with full-fat butter and consumed such on a regular basis as a teenager and continued to do so throughout my adult years and to the current day. I still eat way too many almost every day. In addition, over 90% of my main meals throughout my life without exception have been fatty meat with and regular butter. Unlike many in the US, I have also been drinking gallons and gallons of whole milk, raw and pasturized, in various forms, including fermented milk every week. I have never liked veggies and have almost always avoided them as much as I could since childhood. My cholestrol has always been high and I have never bothered regardless of the deafening noise and scare mongering by so called nutrition and health "experts" from all corners. I have always had slim body frame and normal BMI without any noticeable change in weight in all the years. I sleep well and don't get tired easily. I am physically active and exercise seldom.
My question is, if eggs, fatty meat, red meat, and whole milk could cause the diseases which are being claimed by these so called scientists, how many more years beyond 64 do I need to wait before I start to get sick or drop dead? And how many more years do I have to wait before I start to feel tired and experience mental fog and the like as a result of the "dangerous" "unhealthy" food I have been consuming for 64 years? Give me a break!!

Organic and pastures doesn’t matter because if you bought commercial they’re all vaccinated. Chickens don’t have advanced immune systems like mammas (cows and pigs) so they end up harboring the viruses and cultivating them. It a scientific phenomena called “leaky vaccines”. Doesn’t surprise me, that most physicians either don’t know or don’t talk about eggs. I’ve noticed they don’t talk about vitamins either. Have you heard your physician talk about vitamins? The only time I did, was when my doctor told me I was iron deficient. But? I’d likely been so and been through a few doctors, that never picked up on it and it could’ve been at least part of the reason I’ve lost so much hair. Once I began to understand what they didn’t know or wouldn’t say, I started going to get my own blood tests done, without them knowing, so I could monitor things like B12 myself. Because, although I was not B12 deficient, Metformin might deplete you, by blocking the absorption of B12, causing crippling nerve damage. Something I’d think most diabetics would like to know since that’s one thing we hope to avoid. So, there’s some monitoring you might have to do yourself.

“ conflict of interest” that pretty much says it all when you involve pharmaceutical companies. In 1909 W. B. Clark treated over 200 cancer patients and he said he had not found one cancer patient who was unvaccinated. Now that sounds more realistic of a study. Vaccines are a multi $billion industry and there’s at least a billion reasons why they want to keep vaccines going.

I think it's also important that people understand that diets are different depending on the environment we live in, especially in Africa our diet is related to also our ethnicity. For example many studies have shown that West Africans are more prone to heart diseases related to salt and diary. I'm from east Africa, I'm what they call a "tutsi" we are nilotics. Nilotics are the tallest ethnic group in the world including the tutsis of Rwanda and the dinkas of South Sudan. We happen to drink a lot of milk. Our tolerance to milk is extremely high. My grandfather is drinks at least 2 litres of milk everyday and he is been doing so for 93 years. My great grandfather rarely eats food but he still drinks around a litre everyday. He is around 111 years (for what he can remember). He is blind, can barely walk but his speech is still intact and his brain. They have no chronic diseases. They grew up eating sweet potatoes, cassava, cassava leaves, black beans, meat, sardines, mangoes, sugarcane, sorghum, fermented sorghum drinks, and wines made of of fermented sorghum and bananas.

Since starting on a diet of bacon and eggs in the morning and 2 boiled eggs at night I work out 6 days a week now and have lost 15 lbs. I am convinced that since the government is telling us to not eggs or red meat that they must be very good for you. I am also convinced that people are getting wise to this so in order to keep us from consuming these foods they are pricing them out of reach.
